Outstanding hotel in a great location. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Lots of little touches like fruit in the room etc. Breakfast was great. The spa was outstanding and all staff were incredibly helpful. 10/10 all round.

A wonderful hotel with a perfect location—right in the town center and a 10-minute walk from the train station. It features a gym, a beautiful pool with jets, a sauna, and a quiet relaxation room stocked with books and a coffee machine. These facilities are all located on the same floor, away from the entrance and the restaurant, and are accessible via an elevator. The room is clean and charming, with a mountain-cabin feel and wood-paneled interiors. The bathroom is spotless clean, equipped with soft towels, a bathrobe, and all necessary toiletries; the toilet features a remote-controlled bidet system.
I loved the stunning bathroom door handle.
Amenities include a wardrobe with a safe, a coffee machine, air conditioning, and a TV with English-language channels offering more than just news channels. That was great.
There is also a nice small balcony for enjoying the fresh air; in the single room, the balcony faces a side street.
I really appreciated the sensor-activated floor-level lighting in both the room and the bathroom—an excellent feature for navigating the room in the dark
1. The room isn't soundproofed against noise from the hallway, other rooms, or the street. However, with earplugs and the window closed, I slept very well.
2. It would have been perfect if the pool water temperature had been slightly higher, the water was a bit cold.
3. I found it strange that I checked in at 5:00 PM to a clean, tidy room, but when I stepped out for about an hour at 7:00 PM, I returned to find that someone had been in the room—folding the towels and hanging up the bathrobe. They even left a chocolate on my pillow. I didn't understand the need to tidy the room just two hours after check-in. I hadn't expected anyone to enter at that time, and it left me with an uncomfortable feeling
Loved location and available amenities
Most of the staff were unwelcoming, impatient and lacked helpful attitudes. The staff that were helpful stood out. Front desk first impression of feeling welcome - utter failure.

המלון במיקום מושלם. הצוות אדיב וסבלני ועוזר בכל שאלה. למלון יש שאטל שאוסף מהרכבת ומסיע לרכבת, כי צרמט היא עיירה ללא מכוניות. יש במלון מסעדות מצויינות. ערב אחד אכלנו ארוחת טעימות של 5 מנות, כאשר אורחי המלון מקבלים הנחה יפה. הבריכה יפה ונעימה, יש חדר קריאה וחדר רגיעה. בשעה 16:00 מקבלים פינוק של הפסקת תה. השהייה במלון היתה חוויה מושלמת. יש הרגשה שחושבים על טובת האורחים כל הזמן. בונוס גדול הוא ארוחת הבוקר הנהדרת שכוללת אוכל מגוון וטעים.
プール、サウナを利用したりカフェバーも使えたり、リラックスして過ごすにはとてもいい施設でした。チェックアウトしたくなかったです。
スタッフがとにかく優しいのと、きめ細かなサービスが印象的です。駅とホテルの送迎が速やかです。朝晩のご飯が美味しくて驚きました。細部まで行き届いています！
夕食時にドリンクも含まれていたらよかったと思いました。水回りはすごく清潔感があるのですが、バスタブがあると嬉しいなと思いました。

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
Trying to get drinks or book for dinner was a very poor experience. Staff all 'having a break' and ignored us. So went to a lovely Italian down the road.
