A wonderful hotel, we'll be back!
Pros:

The breakfast staff are so delightful and we loved the excursion to see the famous sheep on the hote's farm!

Cons:

The coffee is the morning needs work!
It wasn't made clear that the farm excursion was not free for hotel guests -- still worth it, but should have been disclosed.

If I go to Zermatt again I will stay here again.
Pros:

We loved the location, only a ten minute walk to all three points to access the ski slopes. Close walk to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are.

Cons:

The pool was beautiful but needed to be a little warmer!

Enjoy Zermatt Skiing from Hotel Julen Tradition
Pros:

The Hotel Julen Tradition: Has comfortable, very clean rooms; Is centrally located near the old part of Zermatt, with easy walking access to the village and bus transport to lifts, especially Matterhorn Ski Paradise lift; The breakfast is excellent as is the dinner menu; The staff is courteous and knowledgeable .
