プール、サウナを利用したりカフェバーも使えたり、リラックスして過ごすにはとてもいい施設でした。チェックアウトしたくなかったです。
スタッフがとにかく優しいのと、きめ細かなサービスが印象的です。駅とホテルの送迎が速やかです。朝晩のご飯が美味しくて驚きました。細部まで行き届いています！
夕食時にドリンクも含まれていたらよかったと思いました。水回りはすごく清潔感があるのですが、バスタブがあると嬉しいなと思いました。
המלון במיקום מושלם. הצוות אדיב וסבלני ועוזר בכל שאלה. למלון יש שאטל שאוסף מהרכבת ומסיע לרכבת, כי צרמט היא עיירה ללא מכוניות. יש במלון מסעדות מצויינות. ערב אחד אכלנו ארוחת טעימות של 5 מנות, כאשר אורחי המלון מקבלים הנחה יפה. הבריכה יפה ונעימה, יש חדר קריאה וחדר רגיעה. בשעה 16:00 מקבלים פינוק של הפסקת תה. השהייה במלון היתה חוויה מושלמת. יש הרגשה שחושבים על טובת האורחים כל הזמן. בונוס גדול הוא ארוחת הבוקר הנהדרת שכוללת אוכל מגוון וטעים.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
Trying to get drinks or book for dinner was a very poor experience. Staff all 'having a break' and ignored us. So went to a lovely Italian down the road.

A very cosy room with a peak of the Matterhorn from the small balcony. Tea & coffee supplied and also a small free mini bar with beers, soft drink & water. A very comfy bed and great shower. Individual room air-conditioning. Fabulous breakfast. An easy walk uphill from train station

３度目の利用で、内装などが大幅にリニューアルされ、木材（カラマツ）がふんだんに利用されており、木の香りが心地よい。７年前の利用時に既に水の洗浄装置付きトイレになっているのは、日本人にはありがたい。朝食、夕食ともに満足できる内容だった。マッターホルン の見える眺望も楽しみです。また、たまたま最上階の部屋だったので天窓があり、星空を見ながら眠りについた。いつも利用している部屋ではなかったが、新しい楽しみを体験できた。

We loved the Julen Hotel in Zermatt- our favorite place of the whole Swiss vacation. Our family suite was amazing- plenty of room for a family of four. The A/C was a treat, minibar fridge, and lovely furnishings. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind to us and the breakfast was amazing. I did have a massage which was very relaxing and the spa/pool was also very clean and a fun treat to use. We enjoyed ourselves very much- Thank you and we'd highly recommend to anyone. :)
