Location, room, facilities, staff, everything was excellent.

O hotel é excelente. Localização ótima, perto da estação e dos principais restaurantes. A equipe do hotel é sensacional. Atendimento impecável. O quarto tem um tamanho grande e tudo muito limpo e bonito. O café da manhã é o ponto alto, top demais.

Super mooie accommodatie! Aardig personeel. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, kamer heel mooi en ruim en de spa is een plus. Echt een aanrader.

An absolute masterpiece of hospitality – Hotel Daniela in Zermatt is better than the 5-star chains!
My wife and I had a truly magical stay at Hotel Daniela in Zermatt, even though it was only for one night. The hotel’s location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally organized and spotless.
We are seasoned travelers and have stayed at multiple Four Seasons properties around the world, including Madrid, Lisbon, and the Bahamas. Furthermore, having personally worked at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, I have incredibly high standards for luxury service. I can confidently say that this charming, family-run hotel has absolutely nothing to envy. The attention to detail and world-class service completely blew us away.
The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We want to give a special mention to a team member originally from Uruguay who assisted us; though we unfortunately forgot his name, his professionalism, kindness, and dedication were outstanding.
Out of our entire trip through Switzerland, Hotel Daniela and the beautiful town of Zermatt completely stole our hearts. While the official rating is 4 stars, in my book, it easily deserves 10 stars. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

L’ensemble de l’établissement est excellent. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié et de qualité. L’accueil est particulièrement appréciable, notamment grâce à la serveuse qui prend le temps d’adresser quelques mots dans différentes langues à chaque client, ce qui est une attention très agréable. Le coin hammam est superbe et propice à la détente. La décoration de l’hôtel est soignée et élégante, et les chambres sont impeccables. Rien à redire, tout était parfait!

Great facilities, shuttle service, lots of excellent food options for breakfast and snack options available during the day.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A typical alpine- feeling hotel. We had an upgrade and an amazing view of the Matterhorn.

RE Personal Safety--I am totally am surprised that as a hotel with multiple rooms that -1)-No Phone or Intercom 2)Front desks not manned after 9 PM . Question-How are guests to be alerted should there be an Emergency like FIRE etc.

Also , for the Price I Paid to Booking . com ---this room has the Smallest Shower Stall. I am a small Asian man and I cannot Move around in the Stall. BTW-I was charged 706 CIF for a room that was listed between 400-4500 CIF --when checking the Internet Pricing for the Period of my stay. For Info -the Hotel refunded me 300CIF for " Not Having Phone in the Room , as stated in my Booking confirmation#5271428163.
