Zooming in Zermatt
Pros:

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Our stay was short but lovely. The staff recommendations of where to go and what to see were excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Daniela to others.

Excellent Zermatt hotel with excellent and spacious suites
Pros:

Hotel Daniela provided an excellent base for our time in Zermatt. Thankfully our room was ready early when we checked in. We greatly appreciated the fresh fruit and snacks that were complimentary and available all day during our stay.

Upon arrival to our room we had a mini fridge full of cold water as well as a chocolate bar. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom rooftop suite which accommodated our family with children perfectly. We had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our private balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The shades in the bedrooms were blackout and helped us to get great nights of sleep.

This was one of our favorite hotels during our time in Switzerland. I did extensive research looking for suites that could accommodate a family, and Hotel Daniela had the best value that I could find. The staff and all facilities are both top notch.

The staff were great and transported us for free to the main train station. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

Nice hotel in Zermatt
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights while we explored Zermatt. The room was well equipped and spacious with a lovely balcony where we had a peek view of the Matterhorn. Beautiful! The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the train station which was very helpful so we didn’t have to navigate the streets with our luggage. Breakfast was generous with a wide selection of foods with nuts and small pastries available throughout the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice, quiet hotel!

A good base to relax after exploring around Zermatt
Pros:

A lovely experience from start of our two night stay. The shuttle was waiting for us at the train station and the booking in straight forward. The room was comfortable (we had been given an upgrade) and everything we needed. The staff at breakfast made sure we had everything and really pleasant. From the freshly squeezed orange, cold meats, cooked food to croissants it was excellent.
