Le personnels, le spas, les massages, la chambre, et surtout le petit déjeuner été incroyable 😍

Cons:

Je ne dirais pas aimé, mais ce qui a été compliquer pour nous c’est que nous parlons que le français et parfois c’est pas toujours simple à ce comprendre mais ça c’est bien passé !

Et juste le matelas pour nous, on la trouver dur.

Lohnt sich für einen Besuch in Zermatt!
Pros:

Toller Spa-Bereich, grosses Zimmer mit Schokoladentafel als Willkommensgruss, umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem!

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt und war schön angerichtet, aber es ist etwas umständlich etwas auf den Teller zu kriegen, wenn nirgends Platz ist um die Deckel der Töpfe ,,zwischenzulagern''. Vielleicht gibt es eine andere, weniger umständlichere Art das Essen zu präsentieren.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning Matterhorn view, which made our stay even more memorable.
