Wie immer ein super Aufenthalt!

Es war mir wieder einmal ein Vergnügen. Ich bin regelmäßig im Hotel, da ich beruflich in Baden-Baden zu tun habe. Die Ausstattung ist absolut zufriedenstellend, Komfort des Zimmers und Bettes ist sehr angenehm und vor allem sauber! Trotz Nähe zur Durchgangsstraße ist das Hotel ziemlich ruhig gelegen, versetzt in eine Parallelstraße.
Zur Lage - direkt am Festspielhaus, somit ziemlich zentral gelegen, ÖPNV direkt gegenüber an der Hauptstraße.
Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind auch alle sehr lieb und kompetent, in dem, was Sie tun.
Auch das Frühtücksbuffet, welches ich zwar bisher noch nicht genutzt habe, sieht sehr gut und vielfältig aus.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und alles hat bestens funktioniert.

Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Herrn an der Rezeption aussprechen. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen, sich Zeit für unsere Fragen genommen und uns während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend betreut. Dank seiner positiven Art haben wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Wir können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
