paikka, vanhassa kaupungissa palveluiden ääressä.
oma parveke kadulle vuorimaisemin ja yleinen kattoterassi oleskeluun
aamiainen hyvä , gluteenitonta löytyi hyvin ja henkilökunta aivan ihanaa

Cons:

ilmastointi vikaantui ja se korjattiin heti mutta sen jälkeen sen säätö ei oikein toiminut.

Cons:

Для отеля 4 звезды можно было бы положить разовые зубные щетки. Фен старый, через минуту использования нагрелся и выключился.

Amazing but a couple of small gripes
Pros:

A beautiful and spotlessly clean hotel that is a two minute walk to the gorgeous lake. A Lovely breakfast every morning and very polite staff apart from one which I will explain.
I would of given this hotel a 5 star but a couple of little gripes. The room was beautiful but the shower was quite small and not a lot of storage for two people. We left on the Wednesday morning early hours and the evening before we asked for a take out breakfast so we could eat on the way to the airport. The member of staff an older gentleman with glasses and not a lot of hair was quite rude. His reply was a flat “no they’ve all been done and there’s none to do it your to late”!
Ok can we at least get a coffee? “Yes ask in the morning “ Fine. The morning came and no take away cups so we had nothing!
I then asked for a glass of Prosecco to take to the room. He let out the biggest sigh and reluctantly poured it. “I’ll have to charge it to your room” that’s fine I don’t see what the big problem is? He was not friendly like the others at all.
The hotel could also do with a coffee maker or kettle in the room as
Coffee seemed a bit precious there you had to ask for it at breakfast to but all other drinks were there for you.
Don’t get me wrong the place is beautiful and we had a great week but this is why I gave it a 4 and not a 5.

Fantastic hotel- really impressed
Pros:

Really fantastic hotel. Very clean, lovely helpful staff and great location.
Roof top area was lovely to relax before heading out for evening meal. Lovely room, would definitely recommend paying extra for balcony. Breakfast was good with great coffee.
Really enjoyed our stay here.

Super bra läge, fint hotell, bra storlek på rummet. Rent och hjälpsam personal

Cons:

Saknade vattenkokare, kaffepulver och glas, är alltid trevligt.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

We stayed here for 10 days with our teenage children. Its in a great location in the centre of the old town about 2 minutes walk from the shore and surrounded by places to eat. The rooms were absolutely spotless and serviced daily. Staff were really helpful. Great choice of food at breakfast and they provided a packed breakfast on the day we left. The rooftop solarium was an added bonus and very quiet whilst we were there. We would definitely recommend!
