Top Lage und Sauberkeit zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Direkt Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider keine Parkplätze am Hotel und kein Pool sowie Balkon verfügbar. Stickiger Flur und viele Treppen. Leider zu wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

A wonderful experience.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
They organized a lovely surprise for me and my friends for my bachelorette party.
The hotel was clean, the rooms were well-kept, and the breakfast was delicious.
We definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay in Riva
Pros:

Lovely hotel with great staff. We stayed here beginning of October booked through Jet 2. Check in was easy, they even brought our cases to the room and gave our 5 year old some snacks. Room was clean, a bit on the small side but acceptable. Bed was comfortable and a fridge was available. No kettle but this is standard in Italy. Room was serviced daily to a high standard. We had the half board package. The food was of good quality and staff were happy to amend if not to taste. My daughter had pasta with butter made on a few occasions and loved it. They even made her a kids Aperol spritz and gave her some colouring pens and book - small touches that make all the difference . Location is excellent, right in the centre of Riva. Lots of bars and restaurants locally. Would return to this hotel. All staff were brilliant.

Posizione magnifica, struttura moderna, accogliente e bella. Colazione da rivedere.
Pros:

Posizione magnifica, terrazza/solarium veramente bella anche se non è più estate: vista mozzafiato su lago e montagne. Pulizia notevole e stanza spaziosa.

Cons:

Colazione per nulla paragonabile al prezzo e alla struttura. Esperienza poco piacevole: prodotti molto freddi e per alcune tipologie anche insapori come i succhi, le uova sbattute e lo yogurt).
