Pros:

Lokalita je úžasná, priamo v strede Banskej Štiavnice. Milý personál, stupná hala krásna s veľkým kaváriom, ktoré hneď upútalo deti. V hoteli požičiavajú vlastné e-biky.

Cons:

Medzi zeleninou boli splesnené paradajky, na WC pretekal pisoár, okenné rámy na izbe už boli staršie a mierne nedoliehali, čo sťažovala zatvárenie najmä deťom.

Charming, but the staff need to be more focused on the guests. They need to find a better solution for parking.
Pros:

Old charming hotel in the city center. Close to the main square, 7 minutes to walk.

Cons:

1. The staff seemed to be busy with anything else but not the guests. No smiling, no welcome, the staff was appearing very busy talking to each other.

2. Very complicated parking solution, where you have only two minutes in the carpark to park and leave. To open the carpark you need to call someone who never answers your call, I was calling at least 10 times without any answer. Sent a text message to the number, they never answered back. The garage door opened up suddenly without any notice. When leaving the hotel, a member of the hotel staff parked her car right in front of mine so I couldn’t drive out and needed to go back to the hotel to get help.

3. Breakfast is between 8:00-10:00, check out time is at 10:00. Those coming early eat up the whole buffet, and the staff does not fill up anymore or they just fill up randomly.

4. I found a bug near the coffee and water station.

Pros:

Příjemný pobyt a čistý hotel. Dobrá snídaně. Z pokoje výhled na památky. Hotel přímo v centru města.

Cons:

Zlomený držák sprchy a nevhodná konstrukce poličky nad umyvadlem, která znemožňuje řádně otevřít výtok vody z baterie.

Old hotel in the historical city center
Pros:

Comfortable beds, really big room with sofa, spacious and bathroom. Plentiful and delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Old hotel, old furniture, old facilties. The bed was clean, but the carpet is worn and stained. Unnecessarily large bathroom, yet no bidet, no towel rack, no hanger to hang clothes or towels.
You have to keep the window open because there are no air conditioner, so the street noise wakes you up at dawn.
