Desde a recepção, acomodação e ambientes sociais, excelentes.

Boa localização, bom café, mas bastante barulho e apartamentos altos sem segurança para crianças

A localização é boa, bem central/Savassi. O café da manhã é variado e gostoso, o espaço da piscina é agradável. Recebi um upgrade de quarto.

Cons:

Havia muito barulho da rua, dos bares e de prédios ao redor. A porta da varanda não travava ou trancava a porta, o que me causou insegurança, pois estava com uma criança pequena e fui alocada no 14° andar. As janelas, igualmente, não possuíam proteção (redes ou impedimento para uma abertura total).
