Pros:

Wir wahren in einem 300 Jahr alten Haus.Die Liebe zum Detail im Zimmer und im Konak selber ist wunderschön. Die von Herzen kommende Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personal macht alles noch schöner. Die wundervolle Aussicht und die Nähe zu Safranbolu Zentrum macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Not a restful stay
Pros:

Tidy and clean close to town. Good breakfast

Cons:

One of the staff was annoyed when we asked them to check if the fridge was working. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Very close to mosque tower so very loud noise. Rooms facing the road also get a lot of road noise. One must park on the street as there is no parking on site

Idéal pour visiter Safranbolu
Pros:

Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de Safranbolu.
La chambre familiale était très bien pour une nuit mais avec deux ados de 14 ans le lit d’appoint sur la banquette était un peu juste.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bon avec des produits frais et locaux.
La terrasse est très sympathique le soir pour boire un thé.

Das Hotel ist ein 300 Jahre altes Haus und dadurch ein Erlebnis für sich der Frühstücksbereich und die Sitzbereich außen sind sehr schön und man kann tolle Abende dort verbringen

Cons:

Das Familienzimmer war etwas zu klein, und wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen im Erdgeschoss. Dadurch mussten wir beim umziehen ständig darauf achten, dass uns niemand nackt sieht. :)

De ontbijt was heerlijk,voldoende variatie let oog op streekgerechten.

Cons:

Buiten het ontbijt alles, wij hadden geboekt voor 5 personen waaronder 3 kinderen maar kregen een plaats voor 4 personen ook geen handdoeken voor 5. Wij hadden vroeger geboekt en online ons betaling gedaan bij aankomst vroegen ze ons 120 euro omdat ze de betaling niet konden zien terwijl wij deze konden aantonen. De iets oudere meneer bij het onthaal was brut.

Yüksek puanlı olmasına güvenerek gittik ama resmen hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Giriş yapmaya çalıştığımız an karşılanmayı bırakın yüzümüze bakılmadı. Odaya girişimiz bile 1 saat bekletildi. Kafe kısmında sipariş vermek istedik kimse gelip menü vermedi. Çağırdık ama asla gelio bakmıyorlar. Kendimiz kalktık gidip menü aldık sipariş verdik zar zor. Sonra ödemelerin bir kısmını nakit istediler. Sürekli ama sürekli terslediler her konuşmada surat astılar. Esnaflık böyle olmamalı. Odalar da asla rahat değildi. Kolay memnun olan insanlarız aslında daha önce birçok yerde kaldık böylesine ilk defa denk geldim. Misafirlerimize de rezil olduğumuzla kaldık.

Pros:

È un hotel in stile ottomano. Camera semplice e bella, ma con un bagno piccolo e senza altri servizi: per esempio sarebbe utile un piccolo frigo per tenere fresca l'acqua. Oppure avere un bollitore per prepararsi un tè o un caffè. Il box doccia non si chiudeva e quindi usciva acqua in tutto il bagno. Voglio però dire che forse è tutto normale e così in questa cittadina, perciò non mi sto lamentando, spero che sia una critica costruttiva per migliorare perché in altre città turche abbiamo trovato servizi migliori in camera.

Very nice hotel and would love to be back
Pros:

The room looked very nice and comfortable, as well as the bed. Really loved it!
Location was very good, just 5-10 minutes walk to the center.
Staff was good; they also let us have early breakfast before our departure. The cleaning lady was kind, even we didn't speak each other's languages, we used Google translation to communicate.
The breakfast was plenty and delicious.
View from the hotel was beautiful.

Pros:

It was an old residence and you feel you are living the past. The owner prepared coffee early in the morning for us since we did not have time to stay for breakfast.

Cons:

shower was without curtain so you can have a lot of water in a tiny bathroom
