Our 3rd enjoyable stay

Amazing roof top pool, super clean and phenomenal location!

The food is awful and dining room chaotic and tables left with dirty plates etc on. Found it difficult to find a clean table to sit at. The room was ok however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and when asked reception about mattress we were told all the mattresses were the same. Rooftop pool area was lovely but pool was freezing cold. Would not rate this hotel 4 star

Excellent location. Lovely rooftop pool and bar, shame it closed at 8pm. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly.
Disappointed to not be given clean towels during our three day stay, if we wanted a change of towel they charge € 7
The lounge bar is very small so many people were disappointed at not getting a seat.

Great- clean, lots of breakfast options at buffet and perfect location near the old town and promenade

Was good but food was not kept hot enough

Central-AC cooling and telephone not working, told staff about 1 hour after check in, came back around 10pm and issues not fixed, room still very hot. Contacted hotel staff and management thru Orbitz app and no response. I had to sleep at friend's house, didn't use hotel, told staff next morning and they shrug and said manager still not here... Worse hotel experience

Disappointed with tired appearance of room. It was very clean and the bed linen and towels were good.
No coffee or tea making facilities?
Television service very bad.
Breakfast was a nightmare . Dreadful service only two guys available to clear used tables! Breakfast food was good.
I am a property owner in Calpe and had to use the hotel whilst my family visited, other family members stayed in the hotel o will leave it to them to give there comments however it was not a great experience for my wife and I, as we will repeat large family gatherings in the future I will seek a different hotel

It was a place to stay. Staff wasn’t friendly. Was very basic and smelled like it had been smoked in previously.

The receptionist was very friendly and really lovely. The first impression of our room with extra beds and a large terrace was also really good.
However, we were unable to lock the door to the terrace, the kettle leaked all over the tray it stood on and then over the floor.
It looked as though the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned as there were lots of stains and marks beside the sink.
Breakfast was good with lots of choice for those who preferred cooked breakfast or continental but the atmosphere and lay out was more “work canteen” then expected from a 4 *establishment.
We had to search out cutlery etc as none laid up on our table.
Really sad to say that it would never be our first choice again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great position overlooking the beach. It is meant to be dog friendly but other than being allowed in the room itself, we didn’t find it to be. Was told by reception staff that we could take our dog to the roof top bar but when we got there we were turned away. Not allowed at breakfast either and no alternatives provided. We are in reception area.

This hotel cannot advertise that it has a gym. It was in very poor condition with almost no equipment - and the equipment that is there feels like it will break and injure me.
Also, I asked for late check-out the night before my check-out day (and was willing to pay, as is their policy), but was told I had to ask in the morning of the check-out day. This is the first time in years of hotel visits that it hasn’t been possible to request it the night before. It defeats the purpose of a late check-out, which is knowing in advance that you can have a relaxing morning. I suggest they revise this highly unusual policy.

The views are beautiful!

Very well maintained hotel with lovely rooftop. The rooms with sea view are fantastic. The rooftop pool was a highlight as you can spend the day there, watching the sunrise and sunset, sunbathe and cool off with a swim; and the rooftop bar had great selection of food and drinks. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety and tasty bites.

Lovely hotel great food and frienly staff

Quality of food not good, rarely hot generally at best warm ,often cold. Cold plates. Let the hotel down. Dining room furniture worn require updating . Standards gone down since last visit 6yrs ago.

Great location and lovely roof top bar and pool. Rooms clean etc. Only issue was restaurant is a free for all buffet breakfast/ dinne.
