Cons:

O apartamento estava todo empoeirado, tanto o chão, quanto os móveis. Lençóis e travesseiros muito simples e o café da manhã deixou muiiiito a desejar, por ser um hotel de 4 estrelas. Apenas um elevador e super apertado. Infelizmente, não tem como dar uma boa avaliação, porque o hotel deixou muito a desejar.

O único ponto atrativo do hotel é o café da manhã. O café da manha é completo (mas ja vi melhores) e os funcionários são muito educados.

Cons:

Bom, por onde começar!? As Instilações são antigas, hotel funcionava bem nos anos 2000 hoje em dia não atende mais certas necessidades. Alguns pontos importantes que observei, TV do quarto pequena e antiga, não achei a cama do quarto confortável, o ar condicionado não ligava pelo controle, apenas ligando direto no aparelho, quarto do hotel tinha cigarros e cabelo espalhados pelo banheiro (que por sinal não eram nossos), higienização péssima! Quando chegamos, fomos informados que para estacionar no hotel era só chegar, chegamos e estacionamos no subsolo, pois não haviam placas indicativas, e o hotel estava totalmente abandonado, local cheio de mofo, camas e moveis atirados, ficamos apavorados, parecia um hotel abandonado, a vontade era de irmos embora e procurar outro lugar, além disso, o primeiro funcionário que nos atendeu foi um pouco hostil e não nos sentimos acolhidos. Ainda na chegada fomos informados que o hotel ficava com a chave do nosso carro e depois fomos procurar as avaliações do google e haviam vários comentários de que os funcionários do hotel bateram carros de clientes e não se responsabilizaram. De longe o pior hotel que ja fiquei. Não iremos retornar e também não recomendo o hotel se você esta a procura de conforto e praticidade. Uma pena para o pessoal da cozinha que pelo visto são os únicos educados e se importam com o bom funcionamento do local.
