Not worth the money and underwhelming
Pros:

The outside area was very nice and the room’s balcony was as spacious

Cons:

The breakfast was a desaster - empty trays, too short, selection of bread under par, quality of eggs (scrambled eggs swimming in water) and spread could’ve been better - cheap orange juice and coffee were disappointing too.

Beds were single beds which were moved together so it would create a Matratze crevice. General interior was not well maintained and very old
The shower was a bathtub, also horrible

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder sicher und trocken unterzustellen.
Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Nicht genügend Platz für alle Gäste.

Il posto è sicuramente in un piccola area verde dove è anche piacevole fare passeggiate e avrebbe tutte le carte in regola per essere di qualità...

Il personale è del tutto inesistente. Prima del nostro soggiorno ho provato a contattare la struttura, per avere alcune informazioni sulle attività che dovevamo svolgere il giorno successivo, e visto il tempo avverso se c'era possibilità di poter lasciare, essendo il nostro viaggio in moto, i caschi in struttura fino al nostro ritorno dalla visita al castello (2 ore di tempo). Abbiamo inviato oltre 4 mail con largo anticipo, chiamato la struttura a tutti i numeri presenti, ma MAI una risposta.
Ho chiesto se potevamo effettuare colazione 20 minuti prima, per poter arrivare in tempo al castello, ma anche qui .. NESSUNA RISPOSTA...
Ho contatto booking per segnalare la cosa, siccome cominciavo a pensare che neanche esistesse, e dopo loro contatto, la struttura magicamente ha risposto, in maniera del tutto fredda, con un semplice "NO non possiamo"...
Quindi ... non abbiamo ricevuto le informazioni richieste, NON abbiamo potuto effettuare colazione... Ma alla nostra partenza, ovviamente anticipata per poter arrivare in tempo alla visita, prontamente è uscita una persona per chiedere il saldo della camera (già autorizzato da booking) alla quale ho estenuato il mio disagio, e che tale non è assolutamente importato ... SICURAMENTE .. per via della scarsissima qualità del personale ... NON lo terremo più in considerazione e mi auguro che tale comportamento sia preso in considerazione anche da altri futuri clienti.

Stanza grande con balconcino

Cons:

Parcheggio moto a pagamento fuori dalla struttura anche se avevano un bel cortile privato. È stata l'unica struttura della nostra vacanza in Germania che ci ha fatto pagare per la moto.

Der Geschäftsführer auch als Servicekraft tätig, war unfreundlich und unaufmerksam

Die ruhige Lage am Park

Cons:

Frühstück wie vom Supermarkt, obwohl Füssen tolle regionale Produkte anbietet
Angeschimmeltes Toastbrot wurde als „kann schon mal vorkommen „ angetan
Bei unserem 3tägigen Aufenthalt wurde an keinem Tag die Betten gemacht
Die gesamte Einrichtung ist veraltet und vieles nicht ausgebessert. Die Mängelliste ist noch länger.
Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein, der Meinung waren auch andere Hotelgäste.
Wir verreisen mehrmals im Jahr und haben Vergleiche

Posizione eccezionale, parcheggio fronte albergo a 5 euro dalle 9 alle 18, poi gratuito. Colazione abbondante, personale gentile, ma poco presente.

Haus , Zimmer und Lage gut, Frühstück verbesserungsfähig

Die Lage war schön, ruhig gelegen direkt am Park, Terasse war schön angelegt, auch im Haus die Deko war ansprechend. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Betten gut

Cons:

Vom Frühstück waren wir enttäuscht, bei dem Preis hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet. Brotscheiben, Käse und Schinken vom Discounter, Rührei eine Fertigmischung, ungenießbar. Zuckerstreuer auf dem Tisch nicht zu benutzen, da der Zucker nicht mehr streufähig war. Insgesamt machte das Büffett einen schmuddligen Eindruck, die Kaffeemaschine hätte auch mal eine Reinigung vertragen.

Ganz okay, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel sieht gut aus, ist toll gelegen und ansprechend gestaltet

Cons:

Alles wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Mann hat den Eindruck dass das Hotel früher Mal richtig toll war, inzwischen aber von Leuten weitergeführt wird, die Hotellerie nicht wirklich gelernt haben
