Zero hospitality skills from upper management
Pros:

Location, the bar staff. Views are great but no better than across the rest of the island.

Cons:

Sockets around surrounded with metal for some insane reason. Faulty electrics electrocuted my partner then tried to gaslight us into believing it was our adapter (spoiler alert - it wasn’t!). No care for her safety, CEO more interested in taking your money than if you have a good time. We were initially having a great time and were confused by bad reviews, but now understand where the 1 star reviews come from.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Pros:

Upeat maisemat merinäköala parvekkeelta. Henkilökunta vaihtoi huoneemme oma-aloitteisesti parempaan, mikä teki lomastamme Podstinessa entistä upeamman. Hotellin ranta oli todella hieno ja aurinkotuoleilla oli tilaa hyvin ainakin toukokuussa. Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta mukava. Pieni etäisyys keskustasta tuntui rauhoittavalta ja matka rantareittiä hotellille oli kaunis. Palaisin ehdottomasti uudestaan.

A great place to stay out of Hvar town but close enough to walk into town.
Pros:

The hotel was a little removed from the town of Hvar but was easily accessed by taxi or a wonderful seawall walkway which had small cafes and views along it. Our room had a wonderful view through the palms to the water and was very quiet and private. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. A bonus of the hotel was the direct access to the water and the variety of seating and lounging areas overlooking the water. Breakfasts, and food in general, was very good and varied, not rushed or overly busy. Staff was very helpful and professional. We had no complaints.

Cons:

The gym could have been better equipped but, to be fair, it was rarely used during our stay.

For views and proximity to the sea without the crowds.
Pros:

The sea views and position of the hotel was excellent. We liked the walk into the centre but it may be too much for some.

Cons:

We had to get a room change as we had booked a twin room and this was not available for the first night. However staff sorted it the following day and we were much happier with the second room. The breakfast was a bit ‘so so’ for the price.

Great Location next to the Sea
Pros:

Location is great. The hotel opens into the sea and the bar staff were attentive in refilling our empty glasses! Great sunset spot within easy reach to central Hvar.

Pros:

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Stunning views and outside facilities. How disappointing is the room we stayed. We stayed in annex room across the main building and this is not close to 4 star. Dated , not very clean and falling apart. So so disappointing. Food basic defo not 4 star either. I looked up the previous guest reviews after we checked in and it looks like the Podstine hotel don’t care about their guests negative experience. A lot of same reviews from months ago but no reply or anything done in that matter looking at their and pictures I took. My bad I never looked up reviews about annex I judged my opinion on room reviews. I’ll defo be more careful next time not a cheap mistake. Hvar it’s beautiful and defo worth the trip. Would come back but not to Podsine hotel
Manager offered us the refund on the day of our check out but because we still reviewed the hotel he cancelled the refund. Not nice management to deal with a lots of lies about refunding us. So disappointed and would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for real 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Hotel e lindo de confortável. Equipe super atenciosa.
Tinha jantar incluso no valor e foi um “bônus” oferecido pelo hotel.
Ele tem uma vista linda também.

Cons:

A localização é um pouco afastada do centrinho, tem que andar uns 20 minutos. Quando reservei já sabia que não era tão perto e pretendia ficar na praia do hotel porém como estava fora da alta temporada o hotel não estava com o bar de drinks da piscina aberto
Então a gente teve que obrigatoriamente ir ao centrinho todos os dias pra tomar um drink, comer e etc.
Talvez tenha sido erro meu não ver que estaria fechado em outubro mas se estivesse aberto teria sido muito melhor.
De resto não teve nada que não gostei
