מלון קטן ומושלם במיקום מושלם באזוגה, ממש צמוד לאתרי הסקי, נוף מדהים, חדרים גדולים נקיים ונעימים, מרפסת גדולה יחסית, ארוחת בוקר טובה . הצוות היה מקסים. אפשר לעשות טיול טרקטורונים מהמם עם מישהו שעובד עם המלון . מאוד מומלץ

Not a 5star hotel experience
Pros:

The size of the room
The location, right next to the slopes
The staff is friendly
the kids zone is ok

Cons:

the spa is a joke, extremely small pool, should be for kids only; i booked a massage and, although the massage itself was good, i could not focus due to the noise from the pool, you could hear everything
the restaurant is extremely pricey for what it offers
the breakfast really poor and for me the food did not look fresh (the tuna salad for example)
the furniture looks old, i do not think there was any renovation from the time they opened long time ago
All in all, we would not chose this hotel again because it did not meet the expectations of a 5star hotel, not at all, the maximum should be 4stars, with indulgence
