Pros:

Overall, our stay wasn’t bad, and we did enjoy some aspects of it. The breakfast was good, and arriving late was no issue at all, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

There were several things that made our experience less pleasant. When we arrived, the heating in our room wasn’t working, which was quite uncomfortable. The toilet is indeed very small and positioned unusually low.
Another downside was that the wellness area required advance booking, which significantly limited when we could use it. It was particularly disappointing that on December 29th there were already no available wellness slots for the afternoons and evenings of December 31st and January 1st—especially since we chose this hotel specifically for its wellness services.
Additionally, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful or friendly, which didn’t improve the situation.

Für meine Verhältnisse zu teuer... aber, das liegt ja im Auge des Betrachters

Lokacija hotela je predivna, okruzeni planinama sa svih strana i zelenim livadama u podnozju,svaki dan susrecete ovcice na ispasi...osoblje je zaista usluzno i nasmijano. Kupaona cista, udobni kreveti, prostran balkon...jedina mala zamjerka je na dorucak s obzirom na to da se radi o hotelu s 4 zvjezdice, ponuda dorucka je raznovrsna, no okusi svega i ne bas najbolji, npr.mramorni kolac s visnjama je bio bez ikakvog okusa vjerojatno kupovni, kompot od marelica je ocito dugo bio otvoren i potpuno ukiseljenog okusa umjesto slatkog. Dobili smo 2 sata u sauni, rezervirate termin i imate cijeli prostor samo za sebe.

El desayuno se echa en falta un tostador para poder tomar una tostada. Y el sitio para desayunar en un bajo es muy poco agradable

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que No te den una habitación con vistas a la carretera y otro aspecto a destacar es que en la zona de piscina que es muy agradable haya muy pocas tumbonas.
No puedes desayunar tostadas porque no hay tostador

Great place, wonderful staff. We would return and highly recommend.
Pros:

Adorable hotel, great views and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast as well as dinner. The food and staff were great. Our server at dinner was superb.

Cons:

I have to admit we are the ones that lost the key to the room. But having admitted that, we did have a very unpleasant experience with the blond woman at the front desk. Maybe very unpleasant is a little harsh. She definitely scolded us though. We were afraid to go speak to her because of her demeanor and attitude towards us. The other woman with the short dark hair however MORE THAN MADE UP FOR HER CO-WORKER. She was so sweet, helpful, kind and genuine. We loved her as I'm sure all your guests do.

Schönes Hotel, gern wieder
