Good location and value for money
Pros:

Air conditioners in the bed room were great, the supplies in the kitchen to cook with gave lots of choices, the bed was great.

Cons:

a lift would have made the stay perfect.

- Grön och lummig trädgård.
- Vacker byggnad men härlig balkong och utsikt över bergen.
- Bra parkeringshus under byggnaden, tagg för att öppna grinden.
- Välstädad lägenhet med skön säng och bäddsoffa.
- Saknade en citronpress men annars bra köksutrustning.
- Bra läge, nära till Esplanaden.
- Tyst och lugnt på natten.
- Bra fläkt och AC.
- Fint poolområde och ren pool.
- Ägaren bor i byggnaden vilket kändes tryggt.
- Om man kommer efter receptionens öppettider lägger ägaren ut nyckel i ett skåp
och emailar koden.

Cons:

- Hade önskat att det var en saltvattenpool som det står i beskrivningen.
- Handdukar för poolen kostar extra och handdukarna på rummet får inte användas vid poolen.
- Vore bra att ha med en behållare för återvinning i lägenheten eftersom man ska skilja på brännbara sopor och återvinning (plast, papper, glas, konserv etc).
- Städaren kom aldrig och städade. Det gjorde oss dock ingenting men då det var obligatorisk att boka en tid så bokade vi men ingen kom på den bokade tiden.

Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced!
Pros:

We stayed 7 nights and loved it. Very impressed with how clean the place was (well done to the cleaning staff, the place was spotless) mid stay tidy up with fresh towels, toilet paper etc, the beds are comfortable, the pool excellent, there is a bbq for guests and overall could not fault the place. Highly recommend for those looking for a lovely, clean and comfortable place which is affordable and close to town (10 minute walk to edge of town or 2 bus stops to middle of town for 50 cents)

Good pool. Clean and presentable. Good location. Manager was great to talk to. Obliging when asked for clean towels. Over all a great spot and great value for money. Recommend.

Cons:

Didn't know the facility had permanent residents that unfortunately caused caos on our first night stay and police knocking on doors at 3am.

3 Tagesaufenthalt in Cairns
Pros:

- grosszügige und saubere Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und voll ausgestatteter Küche
- gesicherter Wohnkomplex
- central gelegen mit Parkplatz

Cons:

Wir haben bewusst eine Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gebucht, damit wir in getrennten Zimmern schlafen können, aber bei Ankunft mussten wir zusätzliche 30 AUD pro Nacht (!!!) bezahlen für ein Leintuch und Kissen. Das Schlafsofa haben wir selber bezogen.

Pros:

The staff were really lovely, kind and accommodating. The place was very clean and was equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. Close to the esplanade for a 15 min stroll into town.

Absolut enttäuschend, nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Großes Apartment mit kostenlosen Parkplatz.
Vom Apartment aus kann man binnen 40 Minuten zu Fuß das Fleet Reef Terminal für Schnorcheltouren und den Bahnhof Cairns für eine Fahrt nach Kuranda erreichen.

Cons:

Das Apartment war sehr schmutzig. Die Einrichtung alt und abgenutzt. Nichts stimmt mit den Bildern bei Booking überein.
Die Duschtür kaputt, die Toilette schmutzig (Schamhaare von Vorbewohner). Keine Pflegeprodukte. Waschbecken schmutzig.
TV funktioniert nicht. Batterien in Fernbedienungen leer.
Küchenzeile klebrig, Toaster und Wasserkocher alt und verdreckt.
Ventilatoren verdreckt und staubig.
