Overall stay was nice
Pros:

The room was perfect with two toilets and a bathtub

Cons:

While the hotel itself was good, the breakfast service did not meet our expectations. The woman in charge of the breakfast area seemed overly focused on monitoring guests, making us feel uncomfortable, as though we were being watched to ensure we did not take extra food or amenities. This affected the overall dining experience and did not reflect the level of hospitality we expected during our stay.

If they can get room temp fixed we would consider staying again.
Pros:

It was located close to the lake and town. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Our room was so hot it was like a sauna. When we complained we were told that nothing can be done because some guests like it hot.

ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。

Inizialmente ci è stata assegnata una camera che non corrispondeva a quella riservata. Assenza di terrazza con vista sulla città e di divano letto. È stata poi cambiata con una che doveva corrispondere a quella riservata, ma il divano letto assente. Il mobilio dell’intera camera rovinato in maniera evidente dall’usura. Hotel con piccola reception, colazione scarsa e non corrispondeva all immagini di Booking. Forti odori nei diversi piani dell’hotel.

Pros:

部屋が広くてとても綺麗でした。
一階のレストランで夕食を食べたのですが、とてもおいしかったです。
デザートまで食べたら、2人で1万5千円しました。まぁ、こんなもんかと思います。

Perfect property for our 2 adults and 2 kids family - had everything we needed and more.
Pros:

Location was excellent with nearby supermarket, a nice restaurant downstairs and a short stroll to the lake. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The little balcony was an added bonus that we took full advantage of given the perfect weather
