Habitat Hotel All Suites - Jeddah

The hotel's architecture is amazing and the lounges, corridors, and rooms are elegantly furnished. It combines touches of traditional and contemporary. Its location is excellent and near the airport. The breakfast buffet is good and the supervisor of the buffet (Egyptian; I don't recall his name) is friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is dated lots of wear and tear.
Things in the room did not work had to replace both telephones or i could not order food.
No restaurants at night open even though they show they do.
Room sevuce menu dose not have most of it but what they did have was nice, no diet drinks.
Breakfast is a joke, forget it if you want eggs i managed to get them once in 5 days, one day i still did not have them after 20 minutes, the others no one there to cook them.
Overall this must of been a great hotel about 9 years ago, according to to the certificates they had 2017 2019 on them.
Some of the employees were helpfull but not all some would not even say hello.
Would i recommend or stay again NO.

The room smelled like mold

Receptionists must speak English, but when I arrived the receptionist in charge was not able to speak English at all. Besides, I can not call the receptionist to be helpfull.

In general, hotel lobby was full of dust

The food is very bad , Swimming Pool is very dirty,They Treat gests in bad way.,Hospitality is so bad
Laundry comes so dirty,no facilities.I do not recommend anyone to book this hotel...
Price to service is very bad at all

Don’t think about this hotel just look for another one u find better than here

Excellent location, friendly staff, and decent rooms.

beautiful hotel and great location , but the staff needs a lot of training , they are not friendly , they give you the feeling that you are not welcome !!!! and you feel that they are not happy , there is something wrong !!!!

This stay was most disappointing - the reception service is so slow and outrageously they literally took a large deposit from my account (i had already provided numerous credit cards and had paid for my room in advance) and then on check out they said they would transfer my money back into my account 7-10 days later - for which I had to chase up international banking details (IBAN etc) at a time when I was checking out and with a taxi outside and late for a plane. Not happy!

清潔なホテルでチェックインチェックアウトは全く問題なかったのですが、2人で泊っているのに毎日ホテルが交換するタオルが1人分で、その都度ハウスキーパーにタオルをお願いするのには閉口しました。
あとは空調のコントロールが効かないので就寝時はエアコンを止めて寝ました。

Amazing hotel , i highly recommend it .

Everything was great as expected

It is very nice hotel with supperior furniture. It is highly recommended.

Fantastisk appearance - beautiful hotel - great roof terrace - low on maintenance level (but still ok) - breakfast below expectations- key disconnected at 12:00 despite 14:00 is check-out.

The hotel and staff and location are excellent, and I recommend it for anyone looking for best accomadation.
