Outstanding one night stay in Susanville
Pros:

Very clean room. Everything worked. Bed was very comfy. WiFi was fast. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. I did not try the biscuits and gravy but they looked "a cut above" what I usually find at buffets. The buffet would certainly prepare you for a full day of outdoor activities if that's what you had planned. And, if you had children, there were plenty of choices to satisfy a picky eater.

Cons:

Initially disappointed in my room location as if faced the main road and it's near an intersection. I could hear loud trucks and motorcycles until about 8, then if got nice and quiet. Next time I'll ask for a room on the other side of the comfort inn.

Comfy bed but soap would have been nice

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We had no soap and the shampoo was not enough for two people. Disappointing when we thought we finally had a nice place to stay in Susanville for our many trips through there every year.

It was Ok.
Cons:

Could hear the person next door snoring all night and sounded like they had a CPAP machine. First thing in the morning a group was having a meeting right in front of our room.

Pros:

It has the best customer service they were very helpful. I had messed up my reservation and the associate that was there was on her own for the first time and worked with the manager to help resolve the issue that I had accidentally messed up. They helped us resolve the problem and everyone was satisfied. We stay there at least twice a year when we travel by car from Oregon to NnV it is the halfway point and very comfortable stay nice clean and fresh. And they have breakfast.

Cons:

There is nothing I don't like about this place. We stay there all the time.

Cons:

I wish I had noticed the sticker in the bathroom telling me I had to REQUEST room cleaning. I assumed it would happen and was a bit disappointed but certainly didn’t wreck my stay. I’ll know better next time. Room cleanings are still all so different since COVID, even after 6 years
