Excellent service, wonderful hot tub, clean and friendly
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were well maintained and made the experience very nice. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. They keep the food and coffee well stocked even later in the morning. All of the staff (front desk, breakfast lady, cleaning ladies) were all very nice and happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and we will return!

Outstanding one night stay in Susanville
Pros:

Very clean room. Everything worked. Bed was very comfy. WiFi was fast. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. I did not try the biscuits and gravy but they looked "a cut above" what I usually find at buffets. The buffet would certainly prepare you for a full day of outdoor activities if that's what you had planned. And, if you had children, there were plenty of choices to satisfy a picky eater.

Cons:

Initially disappointed in my room location as if faced the main road and it's near an intersection. I could hear loud trucks and motorcycles until about 8, then if got nice and quiet. Next time I'll ask for a room on the other side of the comfort inn.

Comfy bed but soap would have been nice
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

We had no soap and the shampoo was not enough for two people. Disappointing when we thought we finally had a nice place to stay in Susanville for our many trips through there every year.
