My room should have been comped or least a partial refund
Pros:

breakfast was ok

Cons:

The room I booked was not available and gave no reason why it was not available. And I arrived early

I needed two queens, not one king for 5 people!

Manager was not polite or helpful
The pool was disgusting. two much chlorine. you immediately walk in, and quickly run out because it burned our eyes.

It was a normal hotel stay and nothing too much out of the ordinary.
Pros:

Had a little bit of food from these areas are usually not very hot. Eggs seem to be from powder. I ate hard boiled eggs that were cold and a couple pieces of sausage. Potatoes that my wife had were hard and undercooked. We just are not a fan of this food. My wife ask me to stop at McDonald’s when we left to get an egg McMuffin.

Cons:

Parking lot had trash in it. Food container left on pavement with food in it. Not sure how long it was there. Other trash in area as well.

Easy and conveniently located and comfortable
Pros:

Property was decent food was decent the hours breakfast was open and amenities were great .

Cons:

Staff were unable to check me in properly that consumed a lot of my time and still over charged me 130$ more than the price I booked on booking. When I called back I was still unable to get answers in regards to this over charge.

I enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was great! The staff were very helpful. I was able to park close to the building. I appreciate the small microwave in the room. There was hot water available in the shower during peak times.

Cons:

The hallway was uncomfortably warm. The refrigerator did not seem to be working. I would have liked a local map to have been available on the TV system. Perhaps it was there, but I did not see it. Compared to neighboring hotels, it was a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The room was dirty and run down. Room was located near kitchen area and a staff member was whistling and slamming doors at 4:30am. Terrible experience

Our first room had bedbugs. We noticed on the second night. They did moved us to another room but did nothing to further address the issue or apologize.

The receptionists were terrific. We asked about places to eat and their recommendations were spot on.
