Pros:

The location perfect next to atocha station and a Landry and carrefour and some restaurant next to it .It was clean

Cons:

Beds not comfortable and too much noise specially after midnight you can hear everything outside your room in the corridor and also from other rooms .walls not soundproof. Some staff rude .i was surprised because usually Mariott hotels better than this .

Los congresistas molestan

Que hubieran gente en el buffet trabajando por congreso, gritaban, hablando de sus reuniones, era agobiante ...estaba intentando no escucharles pero se sentaron justo al lado a repasar sus intervenciones y yo que estaba modo relax no me apetecía en absoluto

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel, que nos gusta por su ubicación, comodidad de la habitación y amabilidad del personal, siempre nos resuelven las dudas que podamos tener sobre nuestra estancia en Madrid.

Cons:

En otros viajes hemos destacado la calidad y variedad del desayuno, pero está vez nos ha parecido que ha bajado algo la calidad. Además las opciones sin gluten (mi mujer es celíaca) eran escasas y no muy apetecibles. En hoteles de mucha menor calidad disponen, por ejemplo, de tostadora aparte para el pan sin gluten, en este no.

Estancia Perfecta
Pros:

Sólo fui a dormir, la habitación perfecta, amplia , el baño nuevo y con todas las comodidades que se pueden pedir.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que no tuvieron la habitación preparada hasta las 15, y yo tenía que salir. Se quedaron mi maleta en la consigna y cuando llegué a la 1am, estaba preparado.

Pros:

Le comfort, le lieux pres de mes nouveaux bureaux

Le check in à dure plus de 30 min!! Ridicule
L attente au bar avec mes équipes: personne ne vient, je vais le chercher en cuisine et au lieu de s excuser il continue à ranger les couverts avant de venir ns voir.
Puis un serveur refuse de venir nous servir parceque que quelqu’un de l équipe l a appeler en levant la main!
J arrive dans la chambre et pas d électricité : le disjoncteur n était pas branché fonc la chambre pas vérifiée.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors qu il faisait 35degres
