The room light is interlock with key switch but key switch is unstable. Sometimes the operation was unstable. But not so big issue.

Reception staff did not performed to the expectation of guests.

Cons:

Limited breakfast choice and reception staff not doing job well. We showed Elena the membership number on Marriott App for recording the stay. She appeared that she had input the information into the system but it turned out that only bookings made under the registered member can count towards the membership points. Elena didn’t tell us this but just said she had input the information. She also told us that the room given to us was quiet but it was noisy at night and the room type was not the same as that indicated in our booking.

A great option for 1-2 night business trips to Madrid.

It'a a neat and nice hotel with good & helpfull staff.

Cons:

I didnt like that they dont offer hotel slippers at the rooms & at breakfast they don't offer omeletes / eggs of your choice.

A comfortable stay. Reception staff were not professional.

Cons:

We booked a garden-view room and requested a quiet one. Yet we were given a street-view room with noise in the middle of the night. We reflected to the hotel and were told that the hotel was fully booked and it would get back to us if a garden-view room could be given back to us. Yet nobody got back to us. Further, we checked in before 3pm and were told that no garden-view room was available. The type of room booked was clearly indicated in our booking.
