13 Nächte : was mir gefallen hat, das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. was mir absolut nicht gefallen hat war das ich mein Zimmer selber reinigen musste. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mussten an der Rezeption erfragt werden. Die Dusche könnte mal wieder eine Renovierung vertragen. Es ist ein ruhiges Hotel ! Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Always our home away from home. Not a 10 star hotel but safe comfy staff id incredible and helpful.

Set in back on a quiet street with a McDonald’s right around the corner. Comfortable bed, hot shower, a/c and WiFi.

The place was quiet, but there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk. Also, the front desk staff was not very approachable. Unfortunately, we saw a couple of roaches in the place, so we would not be interested in staying here again. The front desk/lobby hours were very convenient for the staff, but not for guests. However, the air conditioning was good, and the internet connection would hold if the room door was open slightly. The place is off the main road, but one can find it. Finally, the water was hot, which made for good showers.

周辺の治安が悪いので、荷物があるときはgrabで

真昼間にGoogleの案内とおり、Quirino駅からSan　Andres 通りのローカルマーケットを通ってホテルまで行こうとしたら、真ん中くらいでストリートキッズのグループに囲まれた。大丈夫だったけど見てても誰も無関心。(結局駅まで戻った)

Quirino駅からは、横のラインのジプニーはないので、待ってるタクシーじゃなくて、流しのタクシーか、grabで100p。サイドカータクシーは交渉(私は乗ってないけど、ホテルのお姉さんの話で　max 80p 。距離ないからもっと安そうだけど)

ホテルは動物園の近く。大通りにでて海の方に歩くと一方通行でジプニー路線あり。13p

イントラムロス周辺の観光に便利。
手を挙げて、シティーホールと告げて。
途中で降りる時は　パラポ。

便利さを考えて、駅近のホステルにしようと思ったけど、ホステルより安く、ベッドバグの口コミもなかったのでこちらに。

２回泊まりましたが、どちらも部屋がほんとに広かった。

鍵が旧タイプ。針金でも開けれそう。
テレビは見れません。
冷蔵庫ありません。
着く前に水たっぷり買っておきましょう。
外は夜歩いてでれません。ラブホしかないです。
なんもないです。デリバリー一択です。

連泊する場合、受付に人がいる時にタオルを貰っておきましょう。
人がいつもいません。掃除もシーツ替えもありません。

髪長い人　部屋にも、ホテル内にもドライヤーないです。詰みます。


週末夜中まで大音量のカラオケ大会始まるときがあります。真裏辺りが会場です。

空港までgrab 300p、パサイ　バスターミナルまでgrab200p

Off the beaten path , not easy to locate

Convenient, safe, plenty of restaurants around the area.

Good location, accessible to public transport. Room was very spacious. Has hot water. AC was pretty cold. TV had no cable or anything to watch. Wi-Fi a bit spotty. Asked to have room cleaned twice, but didn't.

設備應該該維修，譬如電視沒有機上盒，完全不能看。有給我們升等到有面向街道的房間，可以看到街道，值得讚許。

This place is a hidden gem..off the street and very quiet..i had a wonderful stay for a whole week. I really felt relaxed there. The property needs paint and and some repairs..but for the budget price i paid i was extremely happy there.

Quiet and central stay.

Highest recommendation.. Great staff .. Have returned 4 times in the past 2 months and will always stay here when in Manila
