The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the strip but also had bars and shops very close by.
The staff were very helpful. The bungalows were modern and spacious and the food in the restaurant was 10/10
The all day all inclusive food in the buffet bar could have been topped up and made to look more appealing and had labels on to explain what each dish was
The apartments are spotless and very well laid out, there is a nice terrace area outside each with a table and chairs plus 2 loungers. The staff were friendly especially those working in the kids club. The location of the hotel is brilliant, plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach very close by. The reception staff are extremely approachable and helpful. The splash pool is great for kids and its lovely how people leave their floaties behind in the treasure chest for others to enjoy. There arent too many sun loungers and moat mornings they were all taken with towels laid out, however we never had a problem around lunchtime getting a few free loungers where others had gone inside or left the pool.
I found the kids activities a bit lacking in comparison to similar hotels ive stayed in. The kidsclub runs from 11-1, closes until 3 and runs again until 4.. some days the activity is face painting, I just feel this is a bit of a non activity because the kids arnt actually doing anything for that.. the staff are very kind and nice, especially Amelia I must say. The mini disco takes place on the astro turf each evening at 8, I dont think this is really a suitable location as some evenings it was still very sunny at this time and it would be nicer to have the kids in a shaded cooler area. The nightime entertainment takes place on a stage located in the bar/restaurant. So if you are not seated in this area for dinner its unlikely you will get a seat for the entertainment.
After reading previous reviews I was expecting the breakfast to be out of this world. It was ok, there was a good variety of options however the pastries were very underwhelming. They did not seem to be fresh any morning I tried them. I cannot comment on the lunch or dinner as we did not try these..i think the hotel would really benefit from the addition of a small shop onsite as there is nowhere to buy crisps or small necessities.
Estancia maravillosa con motivo de la celebración del cumpleaños de nuestra amiga,agradecida por la atención ,el mimo y profesionalidad de todos sus empleados ,desde el recepcionista hasta la señora de la limpieza,amabilidad en todo momento,su socorrista ,los cocineros ,camareros y encargado del buffet,el buffet con muy buena comida,da gusto hospedarse en un lugar así,de donde salir con enorme sonrisa, gracias a todos
