Abbiamo avuto un problema al check-in risolto dal personale dopo qualche tribolazione forse eccessiva.
La nostra camera aveva delle scale un po’ troppo ripide e scomode da percorrere specie con qualche bagaglio.
Rientrando di notte con la macchina una sera abbiamo dovuto attendere diversi minuti prima che il portiere di notte ci aprisse il garage; è stato seccante
Segnaliamo che l’albergo è distante da Firenze ma per noi nello specifico non era un problema e loro sono anche provvisti di navetta
Schönstes Hotel welches ich in 50 Jahren gefühlt habe. Sehr bequemes Bett, absolut tolles Hotel. Personal, Frühstück und Restaurant stehen dem ganzen in nichts nach. Klare Empfehlung.

Ottimo il ristorante con prodotti di alta qualità, forse solo un minimo più costoso rispetto alla media (di pari livello), ma è una differenza che considerata la qualità del servizio e la comodità di avere un ristorante di quel livello in hotel, si paga senza dolersene.
Per una vacanza “estiva” a Firenze, credo sia la soluzione perfetta, torneremo certamente!
Come scritto, forse un minimo eccessivamente costoso il ristorante (ma con le importanti precisazioni sopra riportate, quasi ininfluente).

Recovery on our room, had an incident with the cleanliness of the sheets, which is surprising for this type of accommodation, yes sheets changed promptly which is a given and apology on the spot, yet nothing further which is surprising considering the rating of this hotel :/

Il manque une proposition de snack à prix abordable tout à long de la journée glace , chips, focaccia.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the overall all esthetic and design of the hotel. Breakfast was quite good and nice variety.
Bathroom was a bit difficult to negotiate. Large tub to climb in and out of to shower. Mold along the walls and tile. Difficult to open the door and get into the bathroom with the position of the sink. Needs a bit of updating. The river view was a bit limited.
I cant recommend this hotel enough, the hotel and grounds are beautiful, the staff are all amazing and so accommodating , friendly, and helpful . The house keeping ladies are lovely and do a wonderful job cleaning and tidying the rooms everyday . The food is amazing and the view from the dining/breakfast area is beautiful . Our room 209 was lovely and spacious, it’s a very peaceful hotel and never feels too busy even round the pool is quite and very clean and there is always a sunbed with clean towels . The shuttle is great for getting to Florence and if you want to stay out later you can easily get a taxi back , just ask the reception staff and they will advise . Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back !
