Lovely modern hotel. Spacious room with a fantastic view over the bay. Breakfast was super and the staff were great and hard working. Easy walk to restaurants with lots of tasty options. We had no problem finding a parking spot outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend a visit

Loved this hotel super comfy beds, views were amazing, aircon worked great, hotel was super clean. Staff waere wonderful huge shout out to Mickaela at reception for arranging our transportation and just over all friendliness.
Good to know
It’s a bit of a walk to town centre for dinner but we loved that about the hotel,
No conditioner or bathroom amenities (sewing kit/ toothpaste the little things) provided that’s something I’ve never seen at a hotel
Water only in room at check in

These are not deterrents just good to know & maybe something the hotel could improve on. I’d stay again in a heartbeat !

Spent a few days in Mallorca for our honeymoon.
Start with the positives: breakfast was amazong. We did a couples massage which was great. Had a suit with our own rooftop patio, great view. Could hear the music from the nightlife on the patio, but not in the bedroom (as it should be). Pool deck is relaxing and has a good pool. Is very nice you can charge everything to your room via room key.
Not so great: wifi does not reach the upper/private patio. No iron/steamer in the room, was able to get an iron from the front desk.
Parking: somewhat difficult everywhere in the mountain areas. Nice little public parking a few minutes away (was ~€7/day).
Overall good experience and very happy we stayed in port de soller vs palma/city.

Exceeded expectations in all areas. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful friendly and professional service, gorgeous room and balcony, lovely decor, fabulous location and excellent breakfast. We hope to come back again and again

The hotel is in excellent condition it is fairly new or refurbished and the aesthetic/design is beautiful.

The breakfast is great with full buffet and a la carte options.

The pool area is fabulous there is plenty of loungers for all guests and it is nice and quiet with good food/drink service too.

Only minor criticism are that the gym is extremely small, the marketing images suggest there are weights and a bench but there are just cardio machines. The sound proofing of the rooms is limited, you can hear full conversations on the corridor but not between rooms and finally most of the sea view rooms have a pretty restricted view.

Nevertheless the positives far out way the negatives and we can’t wait to return. Such a great stay in a beautiful setting.

No parking on site. Not their fault, it’s just the area. Also not their fault, during the summer, it’s a long hot walk directly in the sun to the other side of the port, where I feel majority of the local restaurants restaurants and the train to Soller
are located.The pool area was very nice and the staff was very helpful. Both doors to the rooms did not seal well and there were a few ants and other bugs in the room, not a big deal. Overall nice hotel.

New hotel with great location, modern, nice and quit pool area with many spots, fresh breakfast. And service minded staff. We were there on engagement trip and they helped us with everything and made our trip very special. Will come back!

The hotel is very well appointed, huge bathroom with a standalone tub and a shower large enough for several people! we really enjoyed the pool, and the location of the hotel was excellent, breathtaking view, and close to everything you would want.
