Quality Inn

The area leading to the hotel was very run down. Lots of trash laying around on the periphery of the hotel. Room itself was decent. We opted not to check out the breakfast and went to a restaurant instead.

Too close to the highway, but the room was nice and clean. Front desk clerk was awesome!

I travel a lot solo so I try to find affordable basic places that are clean & safe with not much above that. This place was run down, in a remote creepy area and smelled bad. I don't like to complain for the sake of complaining but I want to spare someone a terrible experience.

The property was not as it appears in the pictures. Its rundown and pool was not open. No hot breakfast as advertised very few cold items to choose from. Disappointed in our stay.

Christina was a great help to my daughter and myself during our stay. I can not say enough good about her! I will be forever her friend!! The other staff was courteous and helpful, VERY clean. Pool was refreshing and clean, wonderful stay!!!

I loved this hotel, it was extremely clean had great views, it was quiet, no sketchy characters around, it had a pool, and the staff were very friendly, in a downhome sort of way!

We reserved an available king room. When we arrived the king wasn’t available. The AC was off in the room in AUGUST and took hours too cool off. A dirty wash rag was left in the bathroom along with used lotion, shampoo & conditioner bottles. There was no trash cans in the room. The only thing positive was the ver nice lady at the front desk. The only thing hot about the breakfast was the toaster.

We were going to the Rockcastle County Speedway and this motel is convenient to the speedway. It also has a pool which made the grandkids happy.

The Check-in person Heather was great. Heather needs to be move to a better hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely gross. Toilet wouldn't flush, beds slanted down at the head. Bugs, including cockroaches dead all over. Lock was broken in the door as well. We couldn’t stay the night, left about an hour after checking in. We were left with no choice but to drive the additional 5 hours home in the middle of the night, we has already been driving for almost 9 hours prior. This was a complete nightmare. This place showed an 7.8 in reviews. We thought we could get a good nights rest. We have video of the broken toilet and bugs, hotels.com will not allow those to be uploaded.

The air conditioning had not be on in the room we reserved for several days. The temperature read 95 degrees in the room and the exterior temp was in the low 80s.The bath faucet had rusty water come out for 4 or 5 seconds when turned on. This seemed like an unsed room from the overall condition. The walls were dirty. The beds were good.

Pice room

No ice machines, stingy at front desk for ice. Breakfast extremely limited, soap in room tiny, grounds tore up, needs a good painting outside, furniture outside limited to a couple of broken chairs and dirty broken concrete benches.

The property was old. The room was clean and the bed resent. No I’ve no hot breakfast overgrown grounds. The pool was nice and clean. The toilet paper holder was broke and the toilet paper let’s just say I have never in my life found any ,any thinner.

Attendees were very friendly.
