Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, huge king size suite, $78 with Choice Hotels rewards, full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, free breakfast, pool, guest laundry, microwave, refrigerator, coffee & tea in room, free Culligan water at desk, store, computer, fenced outdoor area. Close to North Platte, NE.

Larger vehicle parking is off site in an unsecure dark parking lot. There is urine around the base of the toilet. There was what appeared to be snot on the shower curtain. The AC unit was so loud I thought it was going to fall out of the wall. The hallway had a very unpleasant smell in it. The pictures of the gym online are not of the equipment that is actually in the hotel. Overall I would highly suggest staying somewhere else.

It's always interesting how so many reviews say mostly the same thing. I guess you have to take all the reviews and see if they are mostly good or mostly bad.

So here's a great review on this property. I checked in October 7th around dinner time. The woman at the desk was really nice and helpful and seemed really professional. I did have a couple of special requests, i.e., top floor, quiet, etc. She accommodated all those requests very nicely.

The room is very, very clean and the bed is huge! (king size) and even with a view onto the freeway it's actually pretty quiet. I liked it so well and the staff were so nice I decided to stay an additional day.

Garbage everywhere, wires exposed in room. Lighting too dim.

The room was dirty. We wore water shoes in the tub because it hadn't been cleaned. There were leftovers in the refrigerator from the previous guests. The vehicle noise from the highway was very loud. We would not stay there again.

Convenient for Wild Horse Golf Course. Clean rooms and pleasant staff

Room was okay. Clean enough and fairly comfortable. The breakfast was awful. All the hot food was cold. I noticed that the heating pots and pans were not even turned on. Not too bright.

This is an excellent hotel!!!

I thought that There was supposed to be a person at the desk 24 hours. But, when we came to check out, there was no one around. So, we just left the keys on the front desk. Also, it would have been nice to know the breakfast time before checking in. We had to leave before breakfast even though it was included in the rate.

Candy in Gothenburg Nebraska welcomed us with a great smile and outstanding customer service when we checked in on saturday night. Then Isabella in the am was so kind n considerate and went above and beyond for us. Really appreciate both girls customer service attention which was excellent and Isabella helped me retrieve my license that I left behind in the am. She assured me that she would have the hotel mail it to our home for me, so I did not have to stress. So thankful for these ladies n the room was comfy and clean. Can't wait to come back. Thank u again for a great stay!

The gentleman working the desk was very rude and assisting us seemed to be an inconvenience. However, the hotel was very nice and clean.

When I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. Somebody passing by said to me "good luck, checkin is really slow." The desk clerk apparently couldn't figure out how to process my credit card, made some calls to her manager, and eventually got me checked in. I was pleasant and kept a smile on my face. When the keys were ready, they handed them to me with a "here ya go." No, "sorry for the extremely long wait". No "have a nice stay". Nothing. When I checked out, I handed over the key and asked for a receipt. It was handed to me with simple "thanks". No, "have a nice day" or "thanks for staying with us". No "how was your stay?" Nothing.
The room itself was very clean. Housekeeping appeared to pay good attention to detail. The bed and pillows were both comfortable. Unfortunately the wifi did not work and the deadbolt on the door didn't work. Overall, though, the room was good.
The staff seriously need hospitality training. When you wait 30 minutes to check-in, a simple, "sorry about the wait" goes a long way in smoothing things over. When the wifi wouldn't work, the last thing I wanted to do was encounter the desk clerk again. Much better options in North Platte or Kearney if you're traveling down the interstate.

One night. Good breakfast. Tesla charging across street. Will definitely stay again on future trips.

The things I liked include comfortable bed, very spacious room with high ceilings, very clean and ac in room worked great!

The things that were not so great would be the rooms have kind of a musty smell to them and the bathrooms are pretty tight.

There was a Christian music festival we came to attend so the hotel was full. It was a very busy place with no vacancies. The staff did an amazing job. Breakfast workers worked hard to refill breakfast food and take care of area. Hotel was clean and well stocked. The only thing that was bad was the humidity. There was high humidity in the building. Need a little more AC going. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Only nice place to stay get better internet and better breakfast

Traveling home from vacation and this hotel was the perfect landing spot. Check-in was a bit slow but it was an issue with the system and not the front desk agent.
We settled into the room and fell into a deep sleep right away.
Breakfast was a great selection and while some of us showed up at closing, they were very accommodating.
Only negative was finding a broken fake nail on the couch in the room when we arrived.
Would definitely stay again!!
