Une perle rare pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous reviendrons.
Pros:

Cet établissement est un joyau caché. Il est situé dans une région hors des sentiers battus mais dans le superbe endroit qu'est le réservoir/lac Bin El Ouidane. Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement haut de gamme dans une chambre spacieuse, confortable avec lit gigantesque et tous les équipements grand confort. La vue de la chambre sur le lac est spectaculaire. Les déjeuners sont impeccable, le service des employés est attentif et attentionné: mention spéciale à Alex au restaurant qui est un fier ambassadeur de l'établissement. Il veille au grain. Le stationnement est facile. J'ai pris un soin de massage bien vigoureux comme je les aime. L'ensemble des installations du complexe est très complet avec de multiples endroits distincts pour se détendre. Les cocktails sont très bien exécutés.

Cons:

Je me fais un peu sévère ici car il y a si peu à redire et ceci est surtout une remarque constructive d'un épicurien: les plats du dîner ne sont pas égaux en succès de réalisation. La souris d'agneau est succulente mais certains poissons sont plus fades. C'est bon en général mais il y a très peu de "wow!". Certains items sont en rupture de stock au menu, en entrées et en desserts. L'offre alimentaire est très pauvre dans le secteur donc rehausser l'offre alimentaire de l'établissement serait bien apprécié. Il manque également certains vins de la carte et personnellement, j'ajouterais quelques choix de bouteilles supplémentaires. Nous étions fin février, en période un peu creuse mais la propreté des vitrages et balustrades devrait être renforcé pour rendre l'expérience plus agréable, en particulier dans la salle du petit-déjeuner où une fenêtre semble être souillée par les déjections d'un oiseau en nidification.

A beautiful weekend

Hotel davvero bellissimo
L’accoglienza delle receptionist è stata eccellente.. in particolare Rajae che è stata super gentile e disponibile e mi ha aiutato a correggere la prenotazione con grande professionalità
Ottimo anche il bar.. il barista Soufiane è molto professionale e prepara cocktail veramente buonissimi Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente

Cons:

Le stanze risultano un po’ usurate e avrebbero bisogno di una manutenzione più regolare
Nella doccia sul soffitto erano presenti alcune macchie giallastre questo non mi ha dato particolarmente fastidio.. però essendo il muro bianco sono abbastanza visibili
In ogni caso.. non hanno rovinato il mio soggiorno

A Wonderful Stay and a Lovely Surprise
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, from the room to the shared facilities. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made the experience even better, as I was offered a superior room compared to what I had originally booked.

All facilities were clean and easily accessible, which I really appreciated. A special thanks to Rajae at the reception for the warm welcome and great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
