Pros:

The rooms were very unclean. The shower tap was not working properly due to which hot water for bath was unavailable. The amenities shown during hotel booking were not available in the room. We booked an executive room but there was no such room available in the whole building. In the name of breakfast buffet, they provided with a mere two options for morning meals. The staff was very unwelcoming. The in-room landline was not working. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No dental kit. No in-room slippers. The whole premises smells bad.
