Très bien
Pros:

Bel hôtel, belle chambre, très propre avec une superbe vue depuis le 21eme étage.
Le petit déjeuner est bien avec possibilité de prendre du salé ou du sucré.
Le personnel à l’accueil est très sympathique et parle anglais.

A great, quiet hotel in a safe area with easy access to the rest of the city
Pros:

The value it offered for the price we paid was unbelievable to me. The staff were all super nice, always available, and helpful. The room, although a bit tight (not a deal-breaker), was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully laid out with the right amenities for travelers. Again, I cannot believe we paid that amount for such a clean and nice hotel, which is also located in one of the most important parts of Tokyo, next to the Imperial Gardens and near the National Diet Building. Exactly because we were in such a district, I felt extremely safe at all times. Access to the rest of the city was also no problem, since there is an underground station within a 3-minute walking distance. For a fee, you can also have a buffet breakfast, and the Japanese dishes were exceptional (the Western-style, not so much). Overall, it is an amazing place, extremely well-priced, and located in one of the safest locations in the whole city. I would absolutely recommend it!

Cons:

maybe a tiny bit more space in the room wouldn't have hurst us but as mentioned before it didnt really bother us that much.

Very good value for money-Would come back
Pros:

Spacious room in high floor so we had a fantastic city view. There is a chain store with a nice variety of food and drinks just across the street. Excellent connection with all the classical Tokyo areas by metro (10-20 minutes). Staff were kind and did their best to make our stay pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated. If you’re after modern-trendy accommodation, this is not your place. All worked perfectly though, but the room looked plainly vintage. Staff do not do well enough in English which, albeit prevalent in Japan, shouldn’t be the case in such a big hotel hosting conventions and lots of int’l tourists. Anyway, they close the gap with their fantastic disposition and service-oriented attitude, so no big deal.
