Fabuleux. Merci l'emplacement est génial et le personnel a votre écoute. Toujours un sourire.
Pros:

Etablissement très bien situé. Les chambres sont propre et correspondent a l'attendu. Le personnel est super, a votre écoute et extrêmes serviable. c'est le gros plus de l'hôtel. Bravo au personnel, ils ont toujours un sourire et sont très professionnel. Ils connaissent les procédures. L'hôtel peut conserver vos bagages si vous partez une nuit en excursion. Ils ont également pris en charge le transfert de nos bagages vers notre future hotel (organisation). Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour sans stress. Mr et Melle Lariviere

Ruhige aber es etwas außerhalb vom angesagten Tokio.
Pros:

Ruhige aber eher langweilige Lage im Regierungsviertel, in der Nähe nur einige einfache Ticket- Restaurants und überteuerte Business-Restaurant. Es gibt zwar Metro-Eingänge in wenigen Gehminuten aber unterirdisch benötigt man dann noch mal mind. 10 Minuten bis zum Beispiel in der Gina-Line nach Odaiba sitzt. Zu anderen interessanten Orten muss man auch wieder zeitaufwendig umsteigen. Am Haupteingang der in der Nähe gelegenen Station der Ginza-Line, Asaka+Mitsuke , gibt es ein gutes Edo Sushi ca. 20min zu Fuß. Zum Hotel selber , für 2 war ausreichend Platz im Zimmer, täglich frische Wasserflaschen. Das nach 5 Tagen etwas eintönige Frühstück gibt es erst ab 6:45, so das wir es bei unserem zeitigen Fuji Ausflug nicht nutzen konnten, haben auch keinen Ausgleich oder eine nette Geste angeboten bekommen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, aber das nächste Mal würde ich woanders übernachten und weniger als 6 Tage für Tokio verwenden.

Breakfast...it stars at 6:45 am...if you come 6:50 as you are on tight schedule and want to eat quickly breakfast that you paid already, it turns out there is a long queue in front of restaurant and you need to wait until free place opens....it was ridiculous and I was not able to have over 50% of breakfast I paid for....I travel a lot and never faced something like that in a big 4-star hotel...staff does not speak English....once I asked a question about breakfast the guy could not neither understand or help me ....
