Excellent value and great location to shops, city , entertainment / food venues ,
Pros:

It was a last minute booking for us - we wanted a bath and it was in a great location. Easy walk to shops and local brewery for a nice drink and dinner. If we wanted to go into the city or to HSW it was ideally located to Mowbray park ferry.
It was clean and comfortable and suited our needs - excellent value for money

Location was good for our needs, comfort was lacking in this ground floor room.
Cons:

The room smelt of an artificial cleaning spray that overlaid a toilet smell. We were on the ground floor and it felt like a dungeon. The bed was extremely soft and whenever one person moved the whole bed moved.
We also found a vape device in the room, suggesting the cleaner missed it from a previous tenant.

Check in was straight forward, staff very helpful.

Cons:

Room had a strong unbearanke artificial air freshener smell. Thankfully moved us.
Very noisy night. Loud tenants in pool until after 11pm. Doors slamming ALL night.
Deceived by photos and rating.. 6 out of 10 at best.

The proximity to stuff.

Cons:

Being on the ground floor, being woken to an evacuate siren and 5 minutes later being told it was a false alarm and on our final evening, the bloke next door spraying his deodorant and lighting it up with his lighter! Not a highlight. We have stayed here numerous times; however, this time was absolutely awful. 😞

not much

Cons:

it was very run down and old and needed to be updated and that made it look dirty the traffic from outside was extremely nosy lights had blowen globes and the shower looked old and run down and had a dirty shower curtain. the stove top had a rang hood with a fan to help with the smoke when cooking but didn't wok right and also the light didn't work as well and made it hard to see when cooking.
