Moved my paraplegic partner to a non disabled inaccessible room without notice. We couldn't stay.
Pros:

Booked a disability suite with roll in shower weeks in advance for my paraplegic partner.

Cons:

It was unavailable upon check in. They moved us to another non accessible room without telling us. I viewed the room it was being painted. They had our booking and payment upfront but chose to paint the only accessible room! The staff literally said, sometimes people book a disabled room but don't really need it. In 17 tears this has never happened! We had to drive an hour further to find a room that my partner could use his wheelchair the toilet and take a shower. Terrible and completely unacceptable.

Good basic hotel for a stay at Kangaroo Point
Pros:

Good basic hotel with facilities for food prep-close to venue for check-in on Great Southern Rail Journey.
Close to shops-great IGA close plus BWS for your bottle of wine.
Close to pub-but a bit noisy for us.
Restaurants also close by.

Cons:

Hotel a bit dated but Suited our needs-

Good value budget accommodation
Pros:

Good location, easy access close to ferry, and major road access to city, valley, airport etc
Large rooms, comfy beds, air con. Free parking under building. Friendly staff

Cons:

Bit of road noise but not intrusive, some of the room needed a fresh coat of paint.

Clean and spacious rooms in a great location for airport access.
Pros:

Good value, clean property in a great location for easy access to the airport tunnel. Free undercover parking which is a great bonus.

Cons:

Late check in requirements for afterhours required emailing a copy of driver's licence and credit card for a prepaid repeat stay which I thought was very unusual and did not comply with. Perhaps this is what contributed to some delays in receiving a check-in code and almost needing to book alternate accommodation. Reception desk hours are 9am-4pm, so it is a bit of a 'ghost' hotel.

Great view
Pros:

Comfortable bed with a nice verandah and great view of Brisbane City. Pool is small but clean. Location handy to local shops and bottle shop.

Cons:

Bathroom dated and small. Neighbours very noisy at 2 and 4am.

Such a good location.Close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.The ferry and river cat terminal only a short walk away.Nice and quiet and no smoking on the property.
