Easy after-hours check-in, friendly and helpful staff over the phone. The room was nice and quiet especially given the veey central location near the city. Perfect for if you stay multiple nights

Good location for access to CBD and surrounds and public transport.
Pros:

Location and convenient access to the City Cat service as well as a hop skip and a jump to New Farm/City/the Gabba/Southbank/West End.
Secure easy underground parking and luggage trolley very helpful

Cons:

Noise from other guests filtering in. Bed about to reach its best use by date. No internal lock on the room door or the single connecting door separating my room from the next room (from which strange noises and the worry that someone was trying to pick the lock on the connecting door were keeping me from sleep on one of the nights I stayed there).

Comfortable stay in Kangaroo point
Pros:

The location, the apartment (request a city view room to ensure you are at the quiet side of the hotel).
Carpark available which was useful.
15 minute walk to the Gabba and to the river is similar.
IGA nearby. Lots of coffee shops with breakfast or lunch nearby.

Cons:

Rooms should have more equipment.
Specifically a coffee plunger, a knife other than a cutlery knife for food preparation.

Overall a good stay in a fab location and value for money.
Pros:

Location. Secure car park. Ease of access to apartment. Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Dated apartment. Bleach smell a bit overpowering. We left door open most of the time we were staying.
Shower head was tiny.

Pros:

Good sized apartment, not boxey.
Secure parking.

Cons:

Shoddy plumbing and water pressure.
No insulation from traffic, it was very loud ALL the time.
Being woken at 3am to disruption and another apartment having its door broken for authorities.
