Friendly staff and clean rooms!

Terrible. No meat on Saturday morning. The cashier worked the desk and the kitchen with germs! It was nasty

We were visiting family so we just needed a place to sleep and it was perfect for our needs.

Comfy beds, separate living and bedroom areas. Nice hot shower.

I will stay here again next year for the Spartan Race in Concord.
Pros:

I liked that the room had a separate door between the bedroom and the living room area. My partner is a night owl so it was nice to not hear the TV from the other room.

Cons:

I wish that the breakfast had a meat protein option to go with the eggs.

Ease access. Nice location.

Cons:

The shower door once inside did not have a handle to open the door. The ironing board was absolutely no good. Had to iron on bed. Many of the electrical stations were not plugged in. Breakfast and coffee was not adequate.

Pros:

I would recommend this hotel when traveling. It is convention to shopping,and eateries. The staff is welcoming and nice and the room was clean. They are under a remodel and it is very nice.

Cons:

I was not aware they did not clean the rooms or change sheets and towels every three days. However they will get you what you need. Oh.....my pet peeve....their bottled drink dispensers only serve bottled cokes $3.00 per bottle. We are Pepsi drinkers and I'm not paying $2.00 for a can drink, but thankfully we are close to a Walmart, all in all it was a great stay....and they should upgrade the refrigerators. They do not get cold.

Loved the location. Very clean.

Cons:

The chairs in the pool room could not be any cheaper! The legs are very flimsy and I actually fell over sideways on the floor. And NO, the chair was not broken. And it wasn't funny. I was bruised for a week!

Cons:

No hot water for two days in the shower and the front desk had the audacity to tell us we must be using the spigot backwards when the in fact the hot and cold were reversed but we still couldn’t get any hot water.

Pros:

The facility looked new and the room and bed were very comfortable.

Cons:

The staff seemed overworked and struggling to keep up.
I found a blood smear on the bathroom floor which I had to clean up.
Once I walked past the lobby and pool there was an unpleasant odor in the hallways.
