Cons:

London time for hot water on 4th floor. Took about 4-6 minutes for it to start getting warm.

The front desk cancelled one of my reservations.I had actually came in and got one of my rooms for the night and I had two other rooms reserved and I told them that I would be back to get them. When I came back around 9 pm they had cancelled my other two rooms and had gave them to someone else. And they told me that they were now sold out and I had 10 children with me with no room to stay in. Luckily I had a relative there that could help accommodate the children.. I was very upset and don't think I will stay there again or give them a good recommendation.

Less than desirable.
Pros:

The location was close to the interstate. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The room smelled heavily of bleach. Had trouble finding a parkIng spot. Car alarms went off all night long from our own parking lot. Unsupervised children running the halls all night.

My stay was excellent and comfortable

The breakfast is ok, would like to see a little more healthier items to choose from. The location is a great on right near the interstate and near all the attractions

The staff older very skinny lady said she got a complaint there was weed smoke coming from my room .i do not do that I also had a do not disturb and she was pacing outside of my door when I opened it I told her I’m here for a card show and I have a family and don’t do drugs it was very odd
