The staff were welcoming, it was very clean, the indoor pool was great as it was raining, the view from our room was fab. The staff on reception, particularly Antonio and Jana made it extra special with the upgrades - thanks guys, really appreciated!
It was a little far from the centre of Cavtat but that was only really an issue as the weather was really bad when we were there.

The flashing fire detector in the bedroom all night kept us awake. Very annoying!
Świetna lokalizacja, czyste morze, pokój czysty, łazienka w porządku, bawialnia dla dzieci - wymaga posprzątania. Pobyt mimo pewnych niedogodności bardzo udany
Stary obiekt (korytarze, bawialnia, balkony). Bawialnia ponadto otwarta krótko (2 x dziennie po 2-3 godziny), brak animacji dla dzieci. Na śniadaniach niedobra kawa i dziwne rozmieszczenie jedzenia (trudno było znaleźć)

Most food was cold and additional payment required for coffee from the bars despite being on all inclusive package.
We loved the relaxed atmosphere and convenient location for airport and sights.
The staff were helpful and polite and spoke English very well (much, much better than my Croatian) so communication was easy.
The room was a decent size and comfortable, with teas and coffees selection you can bring up from the restaurant.
The restaurant again was very clean and spills were quickly mopped up. The food, on the whole, was tasty and presented well, with a good choice of both food and drinks on offer and we did not have long queues for the buffet.
The pool areas - and the communal areas also - were beautiful and spotless. And the sunsets..... Wow, sitting on a lounger by the pool, watching the sun go down, drink in hand, was great.
There's a lovely fragrance in the reception area which was calming and welcoming.
The local drinks (we were all inclusive) were not bad, the wine was nice and we enjoyed the pear liqueur. The spa was lovely (though the indoor pool was very cold, but once in was fine). The only thing I noticed there was the fragrance in the reception area would probably be good in the spa, as it was a very calming smell and maybe low level music or nature sounds would be useful in the relaxation room as you can hear people as they are walking around, doors opening, chatting etc so may mask it a bit, but I have no complaints, especially as this is not an additional charge, No issues with changing towels.
The reviews of the entertainment was not the best, but we enjoyed the bands/ singers and other guests' children also enjoyed themselves dancing too.
We were also really happy that we could leave our cases in the luggage room on departure day as we had an evening flight and were were still able to use the facilities until we left, which was really relaxing as we had a beach swim, lunch and spa before the taxi the hotel receptionist booked picked us up right on time.
Food on the whole was good, though there was one day that the quality was not as good, especially the mashed potato, but everyone can have an off day. The afternoon snacks and desserts were not so much to our taste, but not that bad. The hairdrier in our room kept cutting off to cool down, not so good when you have 2 women whose hair was frizzy due to humidity trying to get ready for the evening, so it took longer or we just had to tie our hair up. But we were so chilled even that didn't bother us.
