Pros:

Schöne Lage mit Meerzugang. Tolle Spaziergänge möglich. Die tief fliegenden Flugzeuge sind bekannt.
Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon.
Buffet war in Ordnung.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Pooltücher können nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten abgeholt oder getauscht werden. Wenig Sonnenschirme am Pool und das Reservierungssyndrom der Gäste für die Liegen ist unmöglich.

Pros:

Pokój gier z bilardem, ping-pong i stołami do piłkarzyków. Fajna strefa saun i plaża 5 metrów od hotelu. Dużo atrakcji w okolicy.

This hotel could be great but management needs kick up the bum needs to do something

Cons:

Food not much to choose from from the drinks were hit and miss not enough staff no life guards kid and adults diving and jumping into pool when there’s signs saying no diving and jumping one there was broken glass near the pool I reported it three times every asked for a brush to do it my self they wouldn’t give me one there was three brushes I could see after 2 hour someone come then I had to take the brush off him and do it myself under staffed it’s terrible

I will not be staying at this hotel again. It was just convenient to the airport.
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Beach towels. You can only get them between 9 AM and 11 AM. Then you have to wait until 2 PM to get beach towels. Ridiculous. Also, there is a green area under trees behind the main pool. But oh no… You can’t sit there or stand there or pull a lounge chair there. You are chased out of the area. It’s ridiculous. The beach is completely rocky.

Lovely Stay.
Pros:

Great facilities and the staff especially at reception were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.

Cons:

The food was a little disappointing although plenty of it and probably just not to my taste.

Lokacija i odoblje

Cons:

Za razliku od prosle godine, dosta manji izbor hrane.
Programa za djecu uopste nije bilo, u igraonici je zaposlena djevojka koja govori samo eng. jezik, bilo bi lijepo da je zaposlena osoba koja govoro b:h/s i engl tako da sva djeca mogu ucestvovati. Aktivnosti za djecu na bazenu nije bilo, kao ni skole plivanja koja je bila prosle godine.
Zabavni program veoma los.
Prose smo godine bili odusevljeni i iz tog razloga ponovili dolazak .
Nazalost niste ispunili ocekivanja, bilo je ok, prosjecno.

Hôtel pas digne d un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L emplacement était parfait
Les chambres pour la superficie et balcon
Piscine pas trop de monde
Personnel très gentil
Petit déjeuner très correct

Cons:

Pas de renouvellement de produits (lait pour le corps)
Une seule bouteille d eau à l arrivée
Pas de chaussons
Et surtout les repas très très moyens ( le soir) :
Pas assez de places pour les convives et trop de gaspillage et les plats sont froids
Toujours les mêmes fruits et gâteaux

L'hôtel est situé dans un cadre magnifique proche du petit port de Cavtat et avec une plage à proximité mais non privée. Les espaces piscines sont très agréables. Literie très confortable.

Cons:

L'hôtel manque vraiment de charme, les chambres sont assez quelconques. Le personnel est loin d'être agréable et le niveau de propreté est à revoir.
Décevant pour un établissement de ce type.
J'espérais aussi un vrai café au petit déjeuner et pas du café soluble...

Dobra lokacija i sadržaji. Fantastičan doručak.

Kreveti su spojeni a ne bi trebali biti osim ako u opisu sobe tako nije izričito specificirano i naglašeno. U ovom slučaju nisam razumio da će nas dočekati takav krevet. Madraci prilično neudobni. Klimatizacija bez mogućnosti podešavanja temperature, sa lošim podešavanjem snage ventilatora, tako da vam je ili vruće ili se smrzavate.
