Hotel lata świetności ma za sobą. Chętnie pochwalę za jedzenie było naprawdę urozmaicone i do wyboru tu rewelacja.

Cons:

dość mały pokól. Mimo prośby o pokój dostosowany dla osoby NP wysłany na około miesiąc przed przyjazdem hotel dopiero na dwa dni odpisał ze nie da rady bo ma zajęty ten pokój. No kpina z klienta z czasem odpowiedzi.

Om man ta bort situationen i restaurangen är vi nöjda med vistelsen
Cons:

Service och hygien på restoranger var väldigt dålig, brist på personal, man var tvungen att oftast själv servera, väldigt dåliga att plocka från bordet

Det är inte hotell för par, för många barn familjer med små barn, som är överallt

Great customer service by Marija!!
Pros:

A special thank you to Marija from the night shift. She was incredibly helpful, professional and kind, and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. She handled a difficult situation calmly and professionally. She is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for her excellent service. We really appreciated her help in getting a very important belonging back to us all the way to Ireland!!

Cons:

They advised a large double bed, which was two single beds pushed together. Very uncomfortable, and in my opinion is false advertising when we had to pay extra for a double bed which was not a double bed at all. I was told by two members of staff that the entire hotel had no double bed all singles pushed together which was ridiculous! Wouldn’t stay here again
