It was
Pros:

We only used this hotel for a stop over to get to Dubrovnik airport. It was an 8 minute drive and served its purpose.

Cons:

Too large and busy , just not our usual type of hotel.

Great location and pools
Pros:

Very clean pool areas. Good air conditioning but couldn't adjust the temperature. Great, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Great location and views.

Cons:

Was very expensive for just bed and breakfast.
The breakfast was okay but lacked fruit options.
The room felt tired and there were ants and a plastic bag over the smoke detector which we reported but nothing was done.

Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben. Eher 3 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, es liegt direkt an einem Strand und das Zentrum liegt nur ca 10-12 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine eigene Bootsanlegestelle und es werden sehr schöne Touren angeboten.
Ich hatte nur Frühstück gebucht und es war von der Auswahl her alles da, was man braucht. Nur leider war geschmacklich nicht immer alles gut, vieles war fad.
Mein Zimmer mit seitlichem Ausblick war ausreichend und sauber. Bei Ankunft steht eine Flasche Wasser bereit, bitte hier keine Minibar erwarten, wenn man nicht All inclusive bucht. Es gibt eine nette Poollandschaft und einen sehr schönen, neuen Spa & Wellnessbereich. Leider war der Innenpoolbereich nicht sauber, es lagen in den Ecken dicke Staubflusen. Der Fitnessraum war wirklich gut. Am Pool gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, am Strand war ich nicht, so dass ich dazu nichts sagen kann.
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Trotz dessen, dass das Hotel, bis auf den Bereich beim Innenpool, sauber und die Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, kommt irgendwie keine richtige Atmosphäre in diesem Hotel auf und ich habe das Konzept nicht so ganz verstanden. Es sind manchmal kleine Details, die was ausmachen. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine schmeckte immer nach Schokolade, Gabel in der Olivenschale statt Löffel, Tische, die schneller gereinigt und gedeckt werden, Personal, das auch mal bei der Poollandschaft durchgeht und aufräumt. Mir ist bewusst, dass davon die Welt nicht untergeht, aber im Urlaub achtet man halt auf sowas.
Ich würde es gut finden, wenn der Innenpool/Whirlpool nur für Erwachsene wäre, damit diese auch einen Bereich für sich haben, wo sie abschalten und ein paar Bahnen in Ruhe schwimmen können.
Man könnte sich etwas mehr Mühe geben, lokale Speisen besser und schmackhafter zu präsentieren, schließlich ist die kroatische Küche für ihre tollen Gerichte bekannt.

Would not go again - lovely views but everything else well below the standard of a four star hotel

Everything else - very poor for a four star hotel
Food always cold or tepid even if it was newly out
Hotel looked like something out of the 1960 and even though it had a refit a few years ago carpets, stairs, doors, etc looked like something out of a school dormitary
The lounge very bleak looked like an airport lounge
For all inclusive there were restrictions, ie, lunch finished at 2 pm and no further food until 4 pm including icecream
Limited drinks included - cocktails out of a machine and Rose wine not included
Entertainment sparse and very low quality

Below average experience
Pros:

Clean and spacious

Cons:

Reception staff were cold and dismissive at check in, however check out lady was pleasant.
Breakfast staff were cold and range of breakfast was cheap and nasty.
No juice, just concentrate with water.
No fresh coffee, just machine dispensed.
Air conditioning is controlled by the reception!
Asked for a double bed and was given 2 singles joined together which was very uncomfortable.
