My stay was good overall. Facilities are awesome and have been kept consistent.
Pros:

The staff at breakfast treated me very good and I was well served. Cleaners were also very friendly. Security staff were also amazing.

Cons:

I booked a wheelchair friendly double bed, but they gave me a single bed. It was uncomfortable. The choice of TV Channels is poor.

Great affordable stay
Pros:

Loved the location, safe, quiet and close to most places like the beach. Also, children stay for free. The staff were amazing!

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t have good options of meat, the meat that was available didn’t taste good. Also, you can’t swim at night because the pool closes at 5.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the heart of umhlanga. Enjoyed the variety of the breakfast. Staff all around is kind and very helpful. A special shout out to Thabisile at reception for her exceptional service and being able to anticipate guest's needs.... she's amazing and would make a great manager. First time at this hotel for an impromptu work trip and I'm very impressed, will definitely call again.

Cons:

The hotel can look at being more stricter regarding noise levels and emphasize hotel rules. there were some very noisy guests in the second floor (looked like high-school learners) and this can be a discouraging factor in the future for other guests. Ofcourse this is no fault on the hotel but perhaps a little management on that end could help.
