Pros:

The manager at reception was exceptional, i forgot her name, but i stayed at many places, she exceeded customer service and explained everything so well that left no room for gaps in communication

Cleanliness, friendly staff and great facilities.

Cons:

During the night the noise from the Uber/ transport fetching the employees of the surrounding call centres were very disruptive. The vehicles would park and have loud music/conversations while waiting for staff to come out. Holiday Inn should do something to curb this.
