It was a lovely stay.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As a woman travelling alone, it was safe, secure and a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

The pastries at breakfast were not fresh.

The lady at checking in was super friendly and helpful. She even wished me a happy birthday for the next day. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. All in all wonderful staff, the staff in the restaurant even wished me a happy birthday.

I guess it was not bad considering that it is an express hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great; the staff are respectful and efficient—whenever you ask for assistance, they respond promptly.I will definitely come back with my friends; I really enjoyed staying there. I wouldn't hesitate to tell others and my colleagues about this place—it was wonderful, and I am very happy.

Well done, keep going
Pros:

Reception was perfect and patient with me as there were some enquiries I made., I was placed at a smoking floor with 2 single beds on the 9th of which I didn't want that. They explained to me that I choose it myself but they changed me on my next booking which is the 10th -12th. I applaud them for that they practice customer care well especial the lady with the name tag Xoli

We were not informed that on Sunday we have 45 minutes to stay at the dinning hall.

One of the servers had no appropriate approach.

In one of the serving dishes there was no spoon, then my husband use other spoon for other serving dish. He quarreled with him stating that he was not suppose to use that spoon because he was taking other spoon from kitchen. He claimed that he reported to people who were on the line.

But unfortunately my husband was not on the line while he was telling others.

In the simpler terms "Improvement of Communication Skills" is the area of need to be attend
