Betten sehr durchgelegen, bzgl der Sauberkeit sollte man nicht zu sehr in die Ecken schauen, Kakerlake im Badezimmer (und in allen Schränken Insektenspray, das scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein), Frühstück mittelmäßig, alles etwas heruntergekommen (abgeschlagene Ecken an Möbeln, ausgefranste Handtücher), Lichter im Zimmer haben nicht alle funktioniert, Jacuzzi-Badewanne brummt nach Benutzung noch 4 h nach und ließ sich nicht anders ausschalten
außerdem keine einzige Katze auf dem Gelände angetroffen

Hotel molto bello, ma Costa Calma da evitare

Struttura molto bella, si tratta di piccole cassette fatte a igloo composte da cortile con sdraio sedie e ombrelloni e doccia esterna, all'interno ampia camera da letto, salotto e bagno molto grande. Tutto molto comodo, personale gentile. C'è una palestra anche se piccola e un po' datata, e una piscina.

Cons:

La colazione avrei preferito fosse più fresca, invece il succo e l'acqua provengono da una macchinetta, le marmellate sono monoporzione, e non c'è alcun latte o yogurt vegetale.
Per il resto, l'albergo è molto bello ma non vi suggerirei di soggiornare a costa calma, perché fuori gli alberghi non c'è assolutamente niente, è una tristezza infinita. Consiglio di dormire nella vicina Morro Jable, che ha qualche ristorante, una piazza e qualche via dove passeggiare, un lungomare.

Erholsamer Ferienort mit sehr freundlichen und Hilfreichen Personal, wo wir immer wieder gerne hinkommen werden!

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne, weil es eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre bietet und in der nähe beim Meer liegt.

Cons:

Tja, der gesamte Eindruck der Hotelanlage ist insgesamt gut, vor allem die Gartenanlage respektive Sukkulenten-Sammlung ist super erhalten und gepflegt. Doch leider merkt man die Sparhand an einigen stellen. Die Matratzen sind durch, die Liegen am Pool sind defekt und die dazugehörigen Matten sind entfernt. Der Pool Bereich ist sauber gehalten jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bodenbelag löst sich auf, so auch im Pool inneren. Das Service-Personal im Restaurant ist zwar freundlich, jedoch nicht mehr so eingespielt, mit Ausnahme des wohl Dienstältesten im Service der ist Top!- zu gestresst und wenig abgestimmt- gefühlt Täglich ging irgendwie was an Geschirr zu Bruch. Sitzkissen müssen nun selbst vom Stapel genommen werden😊 und zum Frühstücken gibt es Fleischmesser für den Butteraufstrich- willkürlich Hauptsache es ist Besteck 🍴 aufgetischt. Sehr schade, war für uns genau doch das Abendessen auch ein Genuss und bildete immer ein guter Tagesabschluss und hat vieles an kleineren Mängel immer wieder Wettgemacht. Nun haben wir dieses Jahr halt vereinzelte Abendessen ausgelassen und haben auswärts gegessen! Super ist aber das Reinigungspersonal- die Zimmer wurden immer sauber gehalten👍👏

The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures - a bit outdated, but very charming and unique. As the other reviews say, all the staff were lovely, everything was super clean and the whole property is well looked after.

L'emplacement était tres bien et on se sentais au calme et très original, indépendant.

Le restaurant n'était pas au point.
Beaucoup d'attente, mauvais organisation, alors qu'un buffet aurait été tellement plus simple. Comme lors de certains jours a thème, qui étaient très sympa.
