Pros:

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und gepflegt, die Größe der Suite ist außergewöhnlich. Durch eigenen Innenhof und Terrasse findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Frühstück ist okay, aber langweilig.

Cons:

Die Suiten sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig, der Bereich Badezimmer ist eine echte Zumutung. Fugen vergammelt, Türen defekt, im Schlafbereich rieselt der Putz von der Wand, rostiger Safe, verdreckte Klimaanlage. Bademantel ausgefranst, Löcher in Laken. Das Abendessen ist nichts Besonderes, Qualität auf unterem Niveau. Die Hotelleitung zeigt kein Interesse an den Gästen, keine Begrüßung oder überhaupt eine Gruß. Hält sich anonym im Hotel auf. Upgrade auf HP ist in Verhältnis zur Leistung völlig überteuert.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel. Keine Massenabfertigung. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm, die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sauber und dort wird die Privatsphäre ganz groß geschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The garden was amazing, the rest was a bit old and used.

As for the price we paid we think that everything was a bit overused, our jaccusi didnt work even though we change the room, the sauna worked onluy if you order and no one told us, the food at the breakfast was very bad quality, almoust no vegetables…

Endroit magique et super bien entretenu. Le personnel est incroyable, professionnel, serviable, de bonne humeur. La demi-pension était au-delà de nos espérances, la nourriture est de qualité, variée et en quantité sans obligation de prendre tout ce qui est proposé.

Même si l’endroit n’est pas neuf, il est entretenu et fonctionnel. Rien n’est remplacé si ce n’est pas nécessaire ce qui est important dans ce monde de surconsommation et des exigences de plus en plus importantes des clients.

Comme cet hôtel est entretenu régulièrement (ex: peintures), il paraît quasi neuf

Nel complesso una buona esperienza
Pros:

Posizione: spiaggia e negozi raggiungili anche a piedi. Molte spiagge tra le più belle di Fuerteventura sono abbastanza vicine.
Colazione: buona con anche piatti (tipo omelette e uova strapazzate preparate al momento).
Ristorante: Idea carina di alternare il menù. un giorno menu fisso con antipasto, 2 primi (tra cui scegliere uno), 3 secondi (tra cui sceglierne uno) e dolce e un giorno Buffet libero.
Camere molto grandi con salotto, camera da letto e bagno dotato di idromassaggio.

Cons:

Purtroppo sembrava fossimo arrivati troppo presto, tipo in mezza stagione. Nella zona, ma anche in altre parti dell'isola, molti locali erano ancora chiusi e anche i servizi della struttura sembravano a mezzo servizio (tipo la piscina riscaldata con cromoterapia che non era attiva).
2 piscine un po' piccoline.

Erholung vom Feinsten
Pros:

Ich bin das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es ist einfach die Ruhe die das Hotel ausstrahlt. Große Zimmer mit privater Terrasse. Gute Privatsphäre. Auch wenn das Hotel teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und einige Reparaturen notwendig wären, fühle ich mich sehr wohl. Sehr zuvorkommendes, nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind immer tip top gereinigt. Das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und kein "Sturm" auf das Buffet. Die Speisen immer frisch zubereitet. Eine sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage. Ich hatte einen Mietwagen, mit dem auch die anderen Regionen der Insel gut erreichbar waren.

Cons:

Der Außenpool könnte 2 Grad wärmer sein :) Ansonsten gibt es für mich nichts auszusetzen.

Oasis of calm stuck in a 1990's time warp
Pros:

A first time visit to the Canary Islands, looking for some much-needed winter sunshine. The weather has been very mixed and windy and cold, but it hasn't spoilt our mini break. The island is a fascinating, very clean place to visit with lovely people (locals and visitors alike). We enjoyed our beach trips and visits to the beach bars, plus a day trip to nearby beach resort south of Calma where there was a busy and stunning beach.

The hotel is extremely unusual with it's futuristic design of 51 bungalow 'pods' it would make a fantastic location for the next Star Wars film.
It is stuck in a 1990's time warp, complete with CD/cassette tape player, filer coffee machine jacuzzi bathroom adding to the ambiance. Proudly build in 1988 it was certainly a visionary resort in it's hey-day, but it has not evolved and it feels extremely dated both in what it looks like but how it is run.

Whilst it is very private and relaxed there is very little atmosphere at the resort, quiet does not describe it, it feels like time has forgotten this little oasis. The gardens are unique and rather stunning, but all the facilities are a ghost of it's once-luxurious past. The spa, indoor and outdoor pools are deserted, the hot tubs all closed up, fountains not working and decorative pools left in disrepair.

the tennis court has lost its roof and been deserted to rot. Jane Fonda wouldn't look out of place in the small gym and the reception bar with pool table was never occupied the entire time we were there, despite the hotel being at full capacity ? Sadly the website photos do not resemble the reality at all.

The breakfast buffet was very nice and the evening set menus delicious and staff all very friendly and hard working. A unique and interesting holiday for us for sure 😃

Un lugar precioso y muy tranquilo
Pros:

Un lugar precioso, con jardines impresionantes, muy cuidados, y una arquitectura interesante. La habitación era muy amplia, con varios espacios separados (dormitorio, estudio, solárium, terraza…) y tenía unas vistas preciosas al mar.

Cons:

Algunos detalles de la habitación denotan cierta decadencia, por ejemplo, se cae la pintura del techo, la tapa del inodoro es más pequeña de lo que correspondería y se ve la cerámica…
