Convenient location
Pros:

Staff very friendly and kind. Nice view of the Tokyo Skytree from my room. Very convenient to Metro trains and the Japan Imperial Palace and garden. Walkable to Tokyo Station and area.

どこのホテルも満室で予約が取れない時期に値段を考慮して宿泊。最寄駅からは地下で歩けるので雨の日にはありがたい。
古いホテルでそれなりの老朽化が見られる。

期待が大きかった
Pros:

狭い部屋だと理解していたが、皇居を見下ろせるロケーションを期待（紹介画像が素敵だった）していたので、高速道路しか見えない部屋にとてもガッカリした。ホテルへ帰るのが遅かったため夜食（朝食も）をコンビニで購入したが電子レンジがエレベーター前で不便だった。夜間帯は、部屋がホコリっぽく軽く喘息がでてしまった。
古くても狭くても最初から期待していなければなんとも思わないが、予約をする際のホテルの紹介画像があまりにも良すぎた為、勝手に期待値があがり過ぎてしまった。
