Mientras estaba en la ducha, con la puerta del baño abierta y habiendo solicitado expresamente que no hicieran servicio a la habitación, teniendo además el cartel para privacidad, igualmente abrieron la puerta de mi habitación. Solo cerraron cuando pegué un grito desde el interior. Adicionalmente en la mañana me habían preguntado si quería servicio de aseo y comenté que NO!! La única medida que me dió el Hotel fue ofrecerme de cortesía una noche gratis y bajarle el perfil diciendo que al menos no entró, respondiendo además a mi correo copiando y poniendo comentarios en rojo. Horrible manejo y poco profesional! Y por sobre todo una falta de seguridad tremenda, si no hubiera alcanzado a escuchar desde la ducha como se abrió la cerradura el trabajador hubiera ingresado mientras yo me encontraba dando un baño al interior de mi habitación!

Muy lindo el hotel, súper cómodo y el personal muy amable a responder todas las dudas. Cerca del shopping y del parque para disfrutar. Fácil acceso al metro para la conexión con distintas ubicaciones de Santiago.
La pileta no está correctamente climatizada ni cerrada, así que entra mucho frío y no se puede disfrutar
