Hago siempre mis reservas en este hotel, que me gustaba, pero de esta vez me quede muy decepcionada
Cons:

Como llegue muy cansada del viaje, dormi, solamente el dia seguinte me ha dado cuenta que las sabanas estaban sujias
con manchas de color cafe.un verdadero asco!! llame al concierge, que tambien se quedo sin palabras, pedindo desculpas.
Pague una diaria a mas, por hacer early checkin, para dormir en sabanas sucias!!

Pros:

La cercanía a diferentes formas de movilización, el sector donde está ubicado, la atención del personal, el desayuno y la limpieza

Cons:

Que solo dan 1 agua de cortesía, podría mejorar y dar uno por día considerando que el agua de Santiago es decente pero no es la mejor o por lo menos tener dispensadores de agua en cada piso

Pros:

The hotel facilities like the restaurant and breakfast area were all top notch the room however wasn't that nice. It seemed old and not maintained. I think because I booked with booking.com I got a subpar room in there 2nd class tower. If you get a discount, then they put you in tower A.
I dont think its worth the money for the room that I received.

La ubicacion es excelente a metros de una estacion de subte y a metros el parque arauco, muy comodo. El desayuno variado y abundante.
El restaurante del hotel una excelente opcion, la carta es variada y los platos muy buenos. Volveria sin dudas

Pros:

La habitación es muy confortable. Disfruté de una vista muy bonita gracias a que en recepción me asignaron una habitación en piso alto. El hotel es muy confortable, con excelentes servicios de restaurante, bar y salas para reuniones.
El desayuno es muy pero muy completo.
