Viejo, sucio y discriminando si hiciste tu reserva en Booking

Cons:

Cuarto sucio, staff amable pero con cero poder de resolución. Cuartos viejos y descuidados. Toallas viejas, alfombras sucias, servicio infinitamente lento. Fallas al nivel más básico. Su comunicación interna deplorable. Si vas de negocios y buscas practicidad, evítalo al 100%. Si hiciste tu reserva por Booking, que no te sorprenda que te tratarán “diferente” negativamente. Muy mala experiencia.

Estancia cómoda, agradable y muy bien ubicada.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de lugares de entretención y de compras. El desayuno es muy surtido y siempre se repone. La piscina tiene una excelente instalación, vista y limpieza.

Cuándo hacían la limpieza de la habitación, varias veces, se notaba que no habían limpiado bien. Una limpieza muy superficial. He hecho tuve que pedir dos veces, en las 6 noches que estuve, que me hicieran la limpieza del cuarto nuevamente.
