La ubicacion y las instalaciones son excelentes (la piscina genial). El personal muy grato y eficiente. Cama muy comoda y restaurant excelente.
Las maquinas del gimnasio estaban deterioradas y el desayuno no era tan variado, lo que para el precio deberia ser de calidad superior

Instalaciones un poco antiguas: colchones viejos, baño con luces gastadas y tarjetas de entrada que fallaban.

El olor a cigarrillos en la habitación era insoportable
Es cómodo, las habitaciones están correctas y el desayuno es muy bueno. La atención en recepción es eficiente y cordial.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacía mucho calor el la habitación. Me dijeron que la opción que tenían era cambiarme de pieza porque en ese horario no había personal técnico, pero nadie llamó o apareció para cambiarme de pieza y como era mi última noche me aguanté el calor, fue una noche incómoda.
I had a lovely stay with my family at this hotel. Everyone treated us so kindly that I believe even my 14-month-old toddler truly enjoyed his time there, as everyone was so friendly and welcoming to him.
I had a little hiccup organising our transfer when we arrived, but it was resolved promptly. The drivers were very kind to us, and they were on time.
The accommodation itself was cosy, the bed was huge and comfortable, and they arranged a cot for my baby, which was extremely helpful. The shower was great, and everything was very clean.
We ordered room service and the food was great. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs one night and had the best dessert ever! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name, but it’s definitely something everyone should try.
The restaurant staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options. The staff would promptly bring a high chair for my baby, smile and play with him, and help us whenever we needed anything. It really made us feel very welcome as a family.
The location was good, and it seemed like a lovely and safe area.
And oh, what a beautiful view of the Andes from our room!
I hope to come back to Chile one day, and it would be wonderful to stay here again.

Ubicación, habitación, desayuno
Toallas de baño y de cara manchadas, se pidió cambio y nuevamente sucias. Al final luego de algunos cambios solo 1 toalla resultó blanca del todo.

La mala atención del personal y la inseguridad dentro de sus instalaciones.
Sorpresivamente mientras bajamos a desayunar hicieron una limpieza flash de la habitación sin avisar y se llevaron un anillo de oro con perlas que teníamos en la mesa, cuando reportamos el incidente se hicieron los sorprendidos y entraron a hacer una limpieza exhaustiva para ayudarnos a buscar el anillo por si se nos pudo haber caído, haciéndonos pasar por tontas (a mi mamá y a mi). Posterior a ellos dilataron el trámite, que primero hablaban con la mucama, luego con el jefe de seguridad, y así pasaron 2 días que nos quedaban dentro del hotel y no nos dieron ninguna respuesta. Solo nos recalcaron que para eso existe la caja de seguridad, mientras la actitud del personal fue empeorando a medida que pedíamos que nos den alguna explicación acerca del incidente. DEFINITIVAMENTE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA, QUE NOS COSTÓ CARO. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS Y SI VAN LLEVEN CONSIGO TODAS SUS PERTENENCIAS DE VALOR!!!

Excelente ubicación del hotel. Zona muy segura y cerca de shoppins, supermercados, cafetería.. etc.
Las tarjetas/llaves se desprograman y no puedes ingresar a tu habitación o subir en el ascensor., entonces debo ir a recepción y cambiarlo, lo cambie 5 veces en dos días. Pero en recepción te atienden rápido. Es lo unico que mejoraría.
