nothing to complain - as long as you stay in Las Condes ! Downtown is dangerous, thefts are frequent, dont go there unless you dont carry any phone, jewellery, watch etc

La amabilidad, las camas una maravilla y su ubicación en un lugar de paz. Todo nos encantó

Personal poco eficiente, no orientados al cliente. No encontré aguas de cortesía y compré. Al otro día supe que estaban consideradas y ni disculpas/compensación me ofrecieron. La piscina fría. Falta temperatura para que sea agradable en todo horario.
La comida, la habitación pero lo que superó todas mis expectativas fue que solicité un late check out de pago e Ingebolt de recepción, al ver que la ocupación era baja para ese día, me lo otorgó de manera gratuita. En un rubro hotelero donde se intenta maximizar económicamente cualquier operación fue un acto de servicio espectacular; me fidelizaron con eso, no me cambio más de hotel en Santiago! Mención para Santiago (o Domingo) de recepción también, un caballero.
