Close proximity to food spots & the interstate.
The cookies& the continental breakfast. No worries though with so many choice surrounding the hotel.
From the moment we drove up after an 8 Hour Dr. it was the most depressing realization that we were going to be staying in a place that felt like there might be potential safety issues based on just the outside of the hotel (a previous homeless encampment, homeless people, the smell of cannabis) to the realization that the first floor area where we were to stay with our pets at a first appearance, nasty, carpet that had been paid on constantly with bleached out marks and corners of doorways, and then to open up our room door and discover more carpet that had not been vacuumed a bed that looked like it literally had been damaged byover sleep or basically a mattress that needed to be replaced. In the middle of the night, we were awakened by our dogs, barking at the window near our bed. Our room sat on the first floor and the window literally sat on the ground, and we suspect that there was someone brought outside of our window. There is no protective fence that will keep out vagrants, and there is no safety control separating outside elements that could affect and cause safety issues to customers. The next morning my husband grabbed some of the free breakfast buffet and brought it back to me, and as I sat on the couch that was dirty that had actually a dead bug on it, were very small roaches that appeared to have come out of the woodwork somewhere as though they were being fed food. I did try getting pictures of roaches, but they were too quick and while on my hands and knees, trying to find them, I did get photos of dog hair along baseboards. I did not take pictures of the hallway where they were bleached out, stains from dogs peeing on carpet Going towards the rooms and I regret that.
The unfriendliness with the people that work there, the vagrants that were amongst the outside and feeling unsafe, smelling cannabis when we walked up, and the absolute discussed uncapped and uncleanliness of where we had to stay with our pets. Complaints were made, and it was no big deal and felt extremely Unwelcome that we were making statements or complaining as though what we were saying, wasn’t true. That’s how it felt. Pictures that are put up online of this facility are from choice hotels scrapbook of AI selected photos. They don’t put up true and accurate photos of the exact location and if we had seen those, I would not have picked this hotel. No one would stay here if they saw pictures, especially of where customers have to stay with their animals. My dogs are too good to stay in an environment like this.

Convenient, appears to be a safe location. Fresh cookies was a nice touch.
Room had a distinct Oder of pets in it! Vending machines were all out order .
I liked they they had a clean rooms available and price wasn't horrible and they allowed dogs.
I thought when you'd hit pet friendly that it was already charging for pet but it wasn't. They charged $25 a night for dog.
Good hotel. Breakfast could’ve been better but was better then what you get with most “breakfast hotels” nowadays.
Nothing really.
The property was perfect for our work and team group.
The smell of pot through the halls especially the 2nd floor where the team was.

I've stayed over several years and last couple years when I walk in door they smile and call me by name. Some even act like they are really happy to see me. Just like a life time friend would do. YOU ask...
Hahaha since you ask I'm gonna tell ya. Bigger glass for my juice in the morning.and a weekend lunch time meal Saturday and Sunday. That's all I could come up with. It's been same employees over several years. That speaks for their facility. I answered all very honest and hope you think on it. My title .. Happy to pay to stay.
