Be careful about the room light!
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay. The food was good, the staff were friendly, and the location and view were nice. The buffet and room were also good.

Cons:

Be careful about the room light; there is a main switch. If someone turned it off previously, the lights are not working.

the hotel messaged to say that there would be a welcome fruit basket upon arrival but there wasn't.

A great hotel !
Pros:

Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! The room surpassed our expectations, and the shower is absolutely incredible! My goodness, you felt refreshed and revived, ready to take on the day's adventures or to wind down at night. I have zero complaints! And yes, you do get the stuffed camel souvenir.
Definitely worth the visit!

Clean, comfortable overnight stay
Pros:

We arrived late and had to leave the next morning so choose the Sheraton as it was close to the train station.
The bed was super comfy and the bathroom very clean. The room had a slight smell of stale smoke but not too bad.
The breakfast had good options for westerners and coffee was pretty good

Cons:

The staff didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Luckily on of the guests helped us to arrange a taxi to the train station
