L'acceuil chaleureux de M. EL Araby de la récéption qui recoit tous les clients avec un sourire radieux profesionel ainssi que tout le personnel et particulièrement mr el arabi.

Proximité de la plage et buffet assez diversifié

Cons:

Lit d'appoint extrêmement incorfortable. Mon fils a beaucoup souffert pendant le séjour. La chambre contenait très peu d'équipement (produits de toilettes, chausson, boissons, etc) pour un all inclusive à plus de 4000 dhs la nuit ce n' est pas normal.

Le fait de ne pas avoir de places sur les 5 jours au bord de la piscine ...
Les transats sont pris d assaut au petit matin voire même la veille au soir... il faudrait avoir plus de discipline de ce côté là !
La plage "privée" de l'hôtel...
Sale / transats pour la plupart sales et cassés
Cela ne fait pas du tout hotel 4 étoiles...
Les papiers qui traînent partout par terre ..
Notre lavabo était bouché... on fait un message via lappli iberostar.. aucune intervention. Des 5 jours n'a été faite...

Fifi is the best!
Pros:

The hotel was fine, I have been 3 times now. Needs a bit of updating I think. The highlight though is the staff. The staff are wonderful, in particular Fifi on the entertainment team. She made not just my holiday special but also all the friends and families around me. She is a true asset. Kind, fun, helpful. The kids love her, the parents love her. She made the stay wonderful and I will come back for a fourth time because of Fifi.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Iberostar Agadir. I’ve always stayed at Iberostar hotels in Saidia and Marrakech, and once again, I was very happy with the experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s always a pleasure to choose Iberostar, and I’ll definitely be back!
