Déception du personnel
Pros:

La nourriture était bien préparée et diversifiée.

Cons:

Un agent de sécurité m’a demandé de lui ramener une tasse de café, la relation du personnel avec la clientèle reste à désirer, ils ne savent pas comment communiquer avec les clients, j'ai remarqué ça sur plusieurs reprises, la deuxième journée j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait des tâches sur le matelas du lit.

Pros:

I liked the location, the beautiful building and gardens.

Cons:

I found the organization cumbersome and the food was not as expected for the price and standard. I was unhappy to get my room at 17h instead of 15h because they have accepted late check out. I had to wait one hour in the lobby

Good vacation
Pros:

The best part of this resort is the staff. We were satisfied with the majority of them — they were attentive and welcoming

Cons:

At the same time, a couple of the restaurant staff would reserve the best seats by putting out wine glasses. We later found out those seats were for guests who tipped.
Also, most of the food was the same all 10 days we were there.

La musique de l hôtel à côté le Sofitel Beau trop fort et trop tard mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambre.

I wanted to see the town. I wouldn’t go again.

Big resort hotel on the beach.

Cons:

No personality. Just a giant tourist hotel with Atlantic ocean access. Suited more for families seeking time in the sun.

Cons:

Le service, la nourriture monstrueuse ,l Accueil, la saleté des chambres, favoritisme face à certaines clientèles.Pas le même acceuil que d autres qui était dans l’hôtel! Après avoir réclamer que la chambre était dans un état lamentable le manager a essayer de faire le nécessaire et je le remercie mais c est la moindre des choses lorsque l’on paye kasi 800euo 2 nuits!!!! Je ne recommande pas du tout!!!!

Pros:

La propreté et l'espace dans les chambres, le surclassement avec un jardin face à la mer. Les équipements, la piscine, la restauration. Complexe très bien situé, bien entretenu pour décompresser et profiter pleinement des vacances.

Cons:

Manque de présentation du complexe à notre arrivée: plan, zone activités et réservations...
Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du restaurant marocain car complet tous les soirs, dommage.
Pas de lit double.

Staff were great.
The food was the best I've had at an all inclusive venue.
I loved the sustainable and environmental ethos - the water dispensers, waste segregation, clothes recycling basket, reusable napkins, small portions at kids counters, no disposable cups.

Cons:

The coffee machines were not available at lunch or dinner times in the restaurant. Coffee was only available in the bar.

Pros:

Hotel ładny położony w pierwszej linii brzegowej .Basen był podgrzewany w lutym śmiało mogliśmy skorzystać z dziećmi z basenu było naprawdę przyjemnie .
Obsługa bardzo życzliwa recepcji i rzetelna służą pomocą w każdej sytuacji .Barmani w holu w hotelu jak na basenie obsługa bardzo przyjemna zawsze uśmiechnięci .
Wieczory animacyjne bardzo przyjemne na najwyższym poziomie zabawa wieczorna przy muzyce była najlepsza pozdrawiamy😉Napewno jeszcze wrócimy to był pierwszy hotel który spełnił nasze oczekiwania a dużo podróżujemy i zwracamy na małe szczegóły .

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się że w dniu wymeldowania sprawdzasz w recepcji czy jest możliwość przedłużenia żeby skorzystać z pokoju i okazuje się że nie ma możliwość zostajesz w holu hotelu z dziećmi jak wylot masz późnym wieczorem .Moim zdaniem powini zmienić że w trakcie zameldowania była możliwość przedłużenia doby .
