Pros:

Top locatie met een mooie uitzicht.
Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hygiëne: super schoon.
Het eren is heerlijk en gevarieerd.
Wij komen zeker terug.

Cons:

Dat de prijs die je moet betalen vaststaat ongeacht of je alcohol drinkt of niet. Mensen die vanaf 10 uur ‘s ochtends aan de drank gaan zouden wat mij betreft een andere prijs betalen.

De handdoeken in de badkamer waren dof en versleten.

De animatie valt tegen en kan beter maar goed als dit de enige teleurstelling is dan vind ik het niet erg.

Uitgebreid buffet, mooie tuin en zwembad en direct aan zee.

Cons:

Hygiëne, vieze glazen en kopjes. Appartement heeft onderhoud nodig. Misten stukken uit onze badkamer deur waardoor deze niet dicht kon. En alles was bekrast en beschadigd. Ook het zwembad miste tegeltjes. Erg gehorig op onze kamer en uitzicht op een muur.

Schöne Anlage, große Zimmer, viel Auswahl beim Essen, gute Shows, toller Service an der Rezeption und auch sonst alle freundlich

Cons:

Kids Club zum Saisonende war nicht gut. Ständig war das Handy in der Hand und häufig gab es auch emotionale Telefonate. Teilweise sehr unfreundlich zu einigen Kindern.

Na początek powiem, ze byłam w tym hotelu w 2022 i wtedy dałam 10 i byłam bardzo zadowolona z wszystkiego. Z jedzenia, czystości ,obsługi. Wszystkim polecałam ten hotel i sama tez tu wróciłam.

To co zastałam na miejscu to całkowita klapa . To jak by zupełnie inny hotel. Przede wszystkim brudno,staro,wiele zniszczen bez remontu. Jedzenie takie sobie ,choć nienajgorsze, obsługa przeważnie miła i pomocna z małymi wyjątkami.Niektorzy barmani nie kryli pogardy gdy kobieta kupowala drinka z alkoholem, czasami byliśmy nawet niegrzeczni . Oczywiście nie wszyscy Dzis ten hotel już nie zasługuje na 4*

Cudowny jest ogrod , fajne baseny i szum ocenu

Zniszczenia i brud np w WC w hotelowym lobby kiedyś bylo czyściutko i pachnąco. Teraz jest smród i brud. Rano taras wycierany jest śmierdząca szmata i wodą . Czasami trudno bylo przejść bez obrzydzenia . Ręczniki hotelowe kiedyś byly białe. Teraz szare i brzydko pachną te basenowe zresztą tez. Hotelowe SPA , wygląda fajnie . Jednak masaż tam wykonany, trudno nazwać masażem. To najgorzej wydane 70 euro

Très pratique avec des enfants . Accès à la plage facile . Personnel à la réception très gentil . Pas de taxi pour venir nous chercher d un autre hôtel vraiment ridicule . Buffet très varié quelques plats qualitatifs et f autres moins . Le thé marocain le matin pas assez pour le nombre de personnes .

Cons:

Trop de bruit du aux activités le soir sur la piscine impossible de dormir ou de faire dormir les enfants - des danseurs à moitié nu à côté du kids club . Très peu d activité au kids club pour dire rien . Les msamen réchauffé sentait l huile - et quelques gardes de sécurité très impolie envers nous client marocain .j ai failli me noyer avec ma fille à la piscine et les secouristes ne sont pas venus nous aider . Un client merci a lui a sorti ma fille de l eau . Ils nous ont même pas demander comment on allait . Je ne reviendrai pas a cet hôtel malheureusement à cause de la qualité le rapport qualité prix et encore moins à cause d un personnel qui est colonisé dans son cerveau

Un séjour globalement agréable, avec quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien passé et nous avons apprécié l’accueil et les services proposés par l’hôtel.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mme Khadija, la femme de chambre, pour son excellent service. La chambre était toujours très bien nettoyée à chacun de ses passages, et elle s’est montrée très serviable et attentionnée.

Un grand merci également à Mme Fatouma au service restauration pour sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Mention spéciale aussi au jeune Yusuf, animateur, pour son énergie et sa bonne humeur. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre le séjour agréable.

Cons:

Concernant les points négatifs, la nourriture pourrait être améliorée. Certains plats nous ont déçus, notamment la pastilla au poisson. Les plats contenant du calamar étaient également souvent trop caoutchouteux.

Au petit-déjeuner, nous avons également remarqué que le thé était souvent froid lorsque nous arrivions un peu plus tard, ce qui serait à améliorer.

Enfin, nous avons parfois eu le sentiment que certains animateurs accordaient davantage d’attention aux clients étrangers qu’aux clients marocains. C’est un point qui mérite d’être pris en considération, car tous les clients devraient bénéficier du même niveau d’attention et de service, quelle que soit leur nationalité.
