Teníamos todo incluido. Nos gustó mucho la comida y las bebidas en general. En algunos casos tenían primeras marcas españolas

Cons:

Los horarios de comidas y cenas. Por ejemplo, teníamos el turno de cena de 20'40 a 22'00. Pero a las 21'30 recogían todo, asiq si ibas un "poco " tarde, te quedabas sin cenar
No le gustó que la gente reservara tumbonas y no estuviera en horas

Tasty food, nice swimming pool
Pros:

Tasty food with a lot of local dishes. Warm swimming pools. Beautiful area around swimming pools. Nice small playground for children. Very nice hardworking personnel in the restaurant.

Cons:

There was no entertainment for children, no minidisco (maybe because it was in March, out of season). We didn’t like at all how the miniclub for children worked. It was first time our children didn’t feel comfortable there. We were in several different Iberostar hotels before and usually they liked it very much.

Déception du personnel
Pros:

La nourriture était bien préparée et diversifiée.

Cons:

Un agent de sécurité m’a demandé de lui ramener une tasse de café, la relation du personnel avec la clientèle reste à désirer, ils ne savent pas comment communiquer avec les clients, j'ai remarqué ça sur plusieurs reprises, la deuxième journée j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait des tâches sur le matelas du lit.

I liked the location, the beautiful building and gardens.

Cons:

I found the organization cumbersome and the food was not as expected for the price and standard. I was unhappy to get my room at 17h instead of 15h because they have accepted late check out. I had to wait one hour in the lobby

Good vacation
Pros:

The best part of this resort is the staff. We were satisfied with the majority of them — they were attentive and welcoming

Cons:

At the same time, a couple of the restaurant staff would reserve the best seats by putting out wine glasses. We later found out those seats were for guests who tipped.
Also, most of the food was the same all 10 days we were there.
