Pros:

Hotel ładny położony w pierwszej linii brzegowej .Basen był podgrzewany w lutym śmiało mogliśmy skorzystać z dziećmi z basenu było naprawdę przyjemnie .
Obsługa bardzo życzliwa recepcji i rzetelna służą pomocą w każdej sytuacji .Barmani w holu w hotelu jak na basenie obsługa bardzo przyjemna zawsze uśmiechnięci .
Wieczory animacyjne bardzo przyjemne na najwyższym poziomie zabawa wieczorna przy muzyce była najlepsza pozdrawiamy😉Napewno jeszcze wrócimy to był pierwszy hotel który spełnił nasze oczekiwania a dużo podróżujemy i zwracamy na małe szczegóły .

Cons:

Nie podobało mi się że w dniu wymeldowania sprawdzasz w recepcji czy jest możliwość przedłużenia żeby skorzystać z pokoju i okazuje się że nie ma możliwość zostajesz w holu hotelu z dziećmi jak wylot masz późnym wieczorem .Moim zdaniem powini zmienić że w trakcie zameldowania była możliwość przedłużenia doby .

Staff were great.
The food was the best I've had at an all inclusive venue.
I loved the sustainable and environmental ethos - the water dispensers, waste segregation, clothes recycling basket, reusable napkins, small portions at kids counters, no disposable cups.

Cons:

The coffee machines were not available at lunch or dinner times in the restaurant. Coffee was only available in the bar.

Pros:

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel, chambre propre et confortable, nourriture variée et de bonne qualité. L’ambiance était agréable et les installations bien entretenues. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur service. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Lovely staff , average/fine stay
Pros:

The food was good- nice fresh salads. Staff very kind and working very hard

Cons:

It was all fine. Nothing special. The room was dark, drab and smelled terrible on arrival. The air con was certainly not functioning. The facilities are fine- nothing special. The pool is unnecessarily deep, especially with kids .I don’t really see the point of a 1.75m pool? The staff were pleasant. Over all…. Fine,. Probably good if you are more focused on the food/ alcohol side of things.

Hotel tres sale et plein de fientes mouettes et bruit je regrette mon sejour

La vérité, c’était très sale. Il y avait des mouettes partout, au point qu’on ne pouvait même pas dormir à cause du bruit. Ils se posaient sur les balcons et laissaient leurs déjections partout, c’était vraiment dégoûtant : sur les tables, les chaises… Même à la piscine, impossible de se baigner tranquillement le soir.

Même au snack, les mouettes laissaient leurs déjections sur les assiettes et les tables. Tout était sale.

Pour avoir séjourner dans plusieurs hôtels à agadir , il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir .
Pros:

Bon emplacement à Agadir sur la côte près des hôtels .

Cons:

L’accueil n’était pas au rendez-vous .
L’hôtel étant très grand et étalé , nous avons été placées dans une des dernières chambres du fond de l’hôtel sans nous expliquer comment y aller et surtout personne pour m’aider avec mes bagages , je voyageais avec une personne âgée . Je n’ai eu aucune aide pour mes bagages.

Pros:

Eten is goed. Schoonmaak, bedienden en tuinmannen verdienen ene compliment.

Cons:

Het is jammer om te zien dat Iberostar steeds meer en meer toeristische aan t worden is. Dit is ons 2de keer en wij merken weinig van de Marokkaanse cultuur. Het is eigenlijk een perfecte plek voor Europeanen die zich lam kunnen drinken en vrouwen met string bikinis die praktisch naakt rond kunnen lopen en als toetje in de avond gekke disco avond hebben met mog meer drank.

Dit is jammer aangezien de marokaanse cultuur prachtig is maar dit tentoongesteld wordt.
Als moslim heb je daar eigenlijk weinig te zoeken.

Pros:

La vue sur mer a partir de la chambre était exceptionnelle. La restauration etait très bonne et la nourriture en abondance. Avec une très bonne équipe d'animations

Cons:

A l'arrivée, on etait choqué de voir 4 bus arrivé en même temps ce qui nous a un peu inquiété pour le check in.
Sauf que nous avons été surpris de voir l'efficacité du personnel qui nous ont pas fait attendre une seconde.
