Beautiful property with delicious food and exceptional entertainment!
Pros:

We loved the architecture, the heated pool, the delicious food, and the staff. We felt welcome from beginning to end. There are food and drinks available ALL throughout the day and there’s something to make everyone happy. The buffet varies daily for dinner from delicious tagines to freshly made fish and burgers. Breakfast has 3 different egg/omelet stations. The nightly entertainment is super fun and had everyone dancing for a solid hour! Don’t forget to take a taxi to/from the souk! Entertainment is in English, which is a big plus!

Cons:

Waters were a bit rough for swimming, but great for surfing.

Très agréable séjour dans ce sympathique hôtel avec une cuisine delicieuse

L’hôtel et sa situation, les jardins , la cuisine délicieuse ,le personnel très sympathique et efficace.

Cons:

La piscine principale non chauffée et le SPA qui n’est pas à l’eau de mer

Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, obsługa uśmiechnięta i chętna do pomocy, jedzonko bardzo dobre, super lokalizacja przy samym oceanie. Basen podgrzewany w marcu także woda cieplutka (ten dziecięcy również)

Jedyny minus to mrówki wchodzące z tarasu do pokoju

Relaxing break in the sun.
Pros:

Good location, enjoyed the pool and the special cocktails. Plenty of food choices. Staff friendly and always willing to help.

Cons:

Staff didn’t always know what it was you were asking or when asking them to resolve an issue they didn’t have the authority to do so and you ended up waiting for ages whilst waiting for someone higher up to respond. Entertainment was a bit loud and sometimes you could hear two different sound systems at once which was annoying. If you needed a spoon for anything you had to hunt for it!

Pros:

We had a really nice stay. The hotel is nice, everything was clean, really delicious food, friendly staff. There wasn't much entertainment for teenagers, but luckily the wifi worked well :) Our stay was in March and we appreciated the heated pool. The hotel is a bit further from the center (port, souk, cable car...), but we knew that and it wasn't a problem for us.

Cons:

They didn't have time to prepare the tables. We arrived for both breakfast and dinner and had nowhere to sit because the restaurant hadn't been cleaned up after the previous guests. They walked around but didn't pay much attention. I had to go to the staff several times and ask if they could prepare a table that was already visibly empty.

Séjour très agréable.. beau décor et nourriture parfaite. Les terrasses et la vue sur le soleil couchant. L hôtel nous a surclassé dans une suite vu mer et piscine… le paradis
