Excellent people working there, especially Faize that could advise me every single time about the gluten free options. She was very kind, one of the nights she even prepared a desert for me to avoid any cross contamination. All staff there were very kind and available to my questions and to give my gluten free cookies whenever I’d ask 😍 if you think about go there with a food restriction, please ask directly to the chef and they will guide you! Excellent

The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel.

It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time.

There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say "oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office." Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times.

We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available.

Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

During the first week of July, we travelled to Saidia for our annual family holiday.

Not being our first time in Saidia, this year we selected Iberostar Waves Saidia for our vocation being this our first stay in the nominated resort.

Upon arrival the check-in was quick with a brief overview of all the amenities, facilities and layout of the property served with a complementary welcome drink.

The rooms are very well sized, clean, comfortable beds, mini bar to keep you water chilled and air-con that works just perfect. A special thank you to all the housekeeping staff that maintain a spotless room with fresh towels and sometimes a few décor surprises on the beds and drapes.

The only update needed in the rooms would be the bathrooms to give it a more modern fresh look.

Exterior the whole resort is very well maintained and clean. The pools are great, and you never get that overcrowded feel due to the size of the three main pools. We always had sunbeds even on those days that we only went to the pool in the afternoon.

When it comes to meals, most of them were at the Oujda buffet restaurant with a large variety of local and international dishes. Staff was great and we always had tables ready and never felt overcrowded. A special thanks to Zakaria and Wassila – both great professionals and really nice, going on and beyond to help you.

We also made dinner reservations for the other three restaurants – Marrakech; Oki and Fez – being all great options when it comes to cuisine.

You have a variety of 5 bars throughout the resort and this time with a special thank you to Ziahd at the Lobby bar.

There are filtered water dispensers throughout the whole resort – bars, restaurants and corridors that lead to the rooms.

The day animation staff are great, and there are activities all day long around the pool and at the beach. The night shows were great fun with original material except for the Michael Jackson tribute that has been a constant in every resort for the past 20 years, in my opinion this one could be dropped. This time my thanks goes out to Mario and Ben.

The resort is a great getaway for a perfect family holiday, and this is also due to the great staff they have, starting with the front desk to the housekeeping, they all make an effort to help and understand you in the most basic things you might need or query.

tres bel hôtel, propre , excellent service, buffet varié, personnel très aimable, ils ont pensé à laisser un gateau dans notre chambre pour la fête de mon fils , animation à la hauteur , on pense déjà à faire notre réservation pour l’année prochaine

The vacation was definitely a plus. Of course, there are things to complain about (e.g., no kettle in the room or the fact that the bellboy does not bring your luggage to the room, so you have to look for it yourself, and the hotel is huge). As for the food, it is good and varied, the drinks are fine, and the hotel rooms are fine—clean. The beach next to the hotel is huge and clean, and there are hotel sun loungers, but there is no bar, only water is available. There are 3 or 4 hotel pools, and you can easily find a place everywhere. The hotel is close to the marina in Saidia and the city center. The hotel also offers plenty of daytime entertainment and there is always some kind of themed show in the evening. I recommend it!

Es ist nicht 5* drin, wo 5* drauf steht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber alles total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Buffet war leider nicht annähernd 5, 4 oder 3 Sterne. Zwar vielfältig, aber das Essen war nicht wirklich heiss. Die Angestellten waren nett, aber irgendwie überfordert mit dem Ansturm der hungrigen Leute. Sehr schade, da doch ein stolzer Preis verlangt wird.

Je recommande cet hôtel à 1000% !!!

Pros: The staff is very nice, always smiling. The Moroccan people are great. The food was also very good, and the thematic restaurants were cool. Animation on the pools and at night is also good. Many pools, and they are great. Beach superclose.

Cons: The hotel is old, and there are signs of degradation everywhere, including in the rooms. Cockroaches are also abundant, so don't go if you are terrorized by it. Forget about a shower between 19 and 20, as the flow is almost none. Internet was also weak, at least in block 3.

Iberostar, please invest some $$ in recovering this hotel; it is a shame to leave it in this state.

I’ve been in Iberostar Sadia for a week with my family and some friends. The hotel is very family and kids friendly, with lots of animations by the pool and there was a party everyday. The beach is in a walking distance and there’s camels and women making henna tattoos for the tourists. I wish I was more happy about my stay but there were a few things that I didn’t liked at all. The hotel wasn’t very clean and in fact had a few cockroaches in many places.
There was also a very unfortunate situation that made me regret choosing this hotel. I had a sick toddler who needed milk at night and called the reception to ask for some. They refused to bring it to the room and asked me in a very rude way to go downstairs to the bar and get the milk myself. It was very disappointing and the main reason I’m never staying at any Iberostar hotel ever again.
