Établissement n’a pas tenu compte de la demande faite par téléphone quelques jours avant l’arrivée. Personne âgé et besoin de chambre proche au RDC.
Pour avoir des chambres au RDC on était contraint de payer un supplément exagéré vue qu’est de 50% de plus que les prix affichés dans booking
