Poor Room Key Control
Cons:

Staff gave another customer my room key so they could have a shower. My wife was in the process of getting dressed, but luckily heard key in the lock and swiftly got behind the door. Reported this to the hotel staff.

THE LADY ON RECEPTION WAS REALY NICE AND PLEASANT,
THE FOOD IN THE EVENING WAS REALY GOOD, NORI THE INDIAN CHEF... OH NORI WHAT A REALY NICE PERSON BOTH NIGHTS HE CAME AND WE HAD GREAT CONVERSATION ABOUT ASIAN FOOD AND IT WAS GREAT TO LISTEN TO HIS STORY SO FAR AS A CHEF, AND HE IS A VERY GOOD CHEF. HIS INDIAN FOOD IS REALY TASTY AND A PICKLE TO DIE FOR, AND HE COOKS A GREAT RIBEYE STAKE WHICH MY WIFE ENJOYED.

REAKFAST IS CAOTIC, FULL ARRAY OF WLSH BREAKFAST IS OFFERD BUT COMES OUT OF THE KITCHEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES SO SOME THINGS ARE COLED AND LIKE RUBBER, SOME THINGS NOT THERE. ITS NEVER ALL THERE AND HOT AT THE SAME TIME. ... THE YOUNGER GIRLS ARE REALY HARD WORKERS PROBABLY BECAUSE THE OLDER STAFF IN CHARGE BULLY THEM AND ARE NOT CAPABLE OF RUNNIG THE SHOW. THE ROOM WAS OK,ISH BUT FOR THE VIEW OF A FIRE ESCAPE. ALSO LEFT A COMMENT ON BOOKING FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, THE FIRST NIGHT NOT RESOLVED, SECOND DAY DONE EMEDIATELY BY ONE OF THE YOUNGER GIRLS YET AGAIN TO THE RESCUE.

Lovely location but the decor would benefit from a professional finish.

Location is excellent and the staff are lovely.

Cons:

The standard of decor could be much improved in room 17 where we stayed. I can only assume the other rooms are of a similar standard. Basically they look like they are home decorated, rather than a professional finish. I've stayed in B&B's that are much better.
