The breakfast, The Curry was good. Apartment was pleasant and served our purposes.
They were happy to store our bikes safely in a storeroom, much appreciated.
Lack of outdoor seating next to the apartment.
Barman in the bar area was a bit grumpy and not very helpful. I asked about ABV of the beers as these weren't displayed, and the barman seemed quite reluctant to give this information.
Location excellent Breakfast excellent
Nothing
The food was excellent especially the Indian menu
The room was noisy just loud people outside
Bed was comfy, great to have a parking space, staff on arrival were friendly and informative enough.
The room seems extremely over priced the hotel and room are in need of major tlc , the room was very grubby and dark and facilities (bathroom especially) were quite poor given without the booking.com discount the apartment was upwards of £170 a night.
The toilet was wobbly the shower fittings were very dirty and the bin under the sink was very dirty.
The small pillows and sofa were stained . I tried to pop the TV on in the main bedroom but it was stuck on channel 5 (think possibly the batteries had run out on the romote)
There was also the added bonus of having a small herd of elephants in the apartment above which meant the stay was far from restful and without anyone on the desk to speak to, there was little room to make a complaint as the desk is not staffed after 9pm (or at early breakfast time).
The banging persisted for around 3 hours, I suspect some small children had been left to their own devices whilst their parents went out for the evening.
The breakfast was appalling. The sausages had been deep fried so were dry, crispy and greasy , the pastries had developed a skin and tasted of old oil and the eggs would easily doubled up as bouncy balls .
By the time check out had come around we just wanted to get out of there .
**I know there is a number given for out of hours but it stipulates for emergencies only, so I didn't want to face calling up to complain and it not be something that the hotel wanted to deal with at midnight (noise complaint).
Regarding the grubby room I would have brought this up earlier on Thursday to the hotel but my son and I headed out as soon as we had dropped off our bags & spent most of the evening out and about. So had not had time to spot the problems with the room till we came to settle in properly by that time there was no one in the front desk .**
It is pretty shocking that hotels can get away with charging premium prices for such poor facilities , I would not stay here again.
Good evening meal and breakfast, good wi fi, comfy bed, good shower
A fan would be nice for hot weather, and staff in the reception area could be a little more friendly. Bathroom was very small
Excellent location, staff were very friendly and food in the restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean.
It’s a bit tired in places and the walls a bit thin when you have less than considerate neighbours.
Overall a good hotel with good facilities bar restaurants wi fi staff can’t do enough for you
Needs a bit of a paint stain on carpet toilet seat broken shower not very powerful
We were greeted by a lovely friend staff and was allowed to check in a little earlier as we arrived Cricceith earlier. The rooms was fitted and equiped with all that need and was clean. The deco maybe a little dated for some taste however it was well equip and charming and appropriate for the age of the building. The 2 rooms we had was clean and modernised and comfortable .
We stop for dessert and was served by a lovely staff and the dessert was great value and tasty. The good English breakfast and freshly cookedmwas served. We highly recommend.

Good location and view of the castle from our room
The bathroom basin was blocked and the shower was feeble
The location was perfect for exploring the area with lovely restaurants, beaches and shops in walking distance! The staff were so accommodating and worked hard to make our stay comfortable.
A few bits of the hotel are a little tired- slightly older fixtures etc, but it was clean, comfortable and we had no complaints!
The hotel was clean & in a good location.
Buen desayuno y bastante buena la comida en el restaurante con una carta amplia de comida india.
