Great area near Dubrovnik , bus to Dubrovnik 30 min , boat round trip -20 euro , hotel is located at a very nice spot , small swimming pool and crowded sundeck - very unappealing , there are small beach areas around , great breakfast buffet

Just Lovely. Perfect location. Glorious room & view (604!) coffee machine left a bit to be desired but the rest was glorious. You need to book the beds by the pool a few days ahead when it’s busy.

Disappointed the room looked over a building site - would have booked sea view if it was clearer in the descriptions- didn’t know you had to scroll to the bottom for sea view / bit misleading :

The bedroom itself was compact, however there was a separate area for luggage, dressing and a good size bathroom. The configuration was very well set out. The bar and outside area was beautiful. The view from the breakfast room amazing. Short stroll to town centre. 22 km from busy Dubrovnik and 6 minutes from Airport in a picture perfect town.

Great seaside location.

Beautiful hotel, great location, easy walk to bars and restaurants. Wonderful place to swim in front of hotel. Fantastic breakfast, can't say enough. If rating 1 to 10, it would be a 20. Just uber from the airport as you don't need a car. Book early, people love this hotel.

Air conditioning was not working in the room. We couldn’t call the front desk because the room phone was broken. We walked to the front desk around 10pm to ask for someone to fix the air conditioning. Nobody came to the room. At 4:15am I had to walk to the front desk (in my pajamas) to get someone to fix the a/c. The room was clean and updated but so small there was nowhere to put our luggage. It was tiny! Also, if you have allergies, they pump fragrance into the reception area, the hallways, the rooms, and in the closets. It was overwhelming!

The hotel is well located and has a nice pool (though very cold!) and a pool bar. The service at the pool bar is excellent and the young man running that should be responsible for training other staff. The service at reception is slow and it seems that only one person knows how to do anything as the other staff refer to her. The classic room is far too small - the smallest room we have ever had ( and we travel widely and are retired). The standard of cleanliness was good. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful but the staff did not greet you and the area was cramped - needs fewer tables and chairs. At the front of the hotel is a beautiful veranda and eating area. The service there is sadly diabolical and we witnessed many people simply leaving before they were served. It’s such a loss to the hotel as the views and ambience there is stunning in the morning and evening (see photos)
