Good hotel
Pros:

Staff was really friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. And it was nice to enjoy the indoor pool.

Amazing Team Experience/Director of Sales
Pros:

Hampton Spokane Valley has the most AMAZING Director of Sales.  Bravyn helped us when we were in a crunch because of WIAA brackets came out on Sunday and we needed rooms in Spokane for Tuesday night for our Basketball Team.  He set aside rooms for us until we could get him a district credit card on Monday.  He also called me on Tuesday to check in on arrival time and upon return to make sure I received the Folio and let me know that they had no complaints with our team.  My Coach and AD LOVED Bravyn meeting them upon arrival and the personalized notes in each of the rooms.  Whenever we need to send teams to Spokane, you will be our Number ONE choice and hopefully Bravyn will still be the Director of Sales!!!

Pros:

I loved my k8ng size room it was perfect. The fitness room was amazing, and I was super lucky that we always had the pool area to ou r selves

Cons:

The one thing that I would like to see is cleaning spray so I can wipe down the workout mats and machines before and after I used them

Pros:

We stayed in a handicap room and it was the safest bath/shower with multiple safety bars of any hotel we have stayed in. I loved the fact that it had a personal shower in it! Thank you so much!

Clean, comfortable and quiet!
Pros:

We love this property. Great location close to the freeway, mall, restaurants. Very clean. Happy, helpful staff.

Breakfast is good! Plenty of hot fresh food choices.

Cons:

There is not anything that I do not like.

Good location for shopping, room amenities lacking
Pros:

Well kept with newer furnishings, spacious rooms

Cons:

Pillows were lumpy, tub surroundings (caulking) had dark stains , quilt had sweat stains, communal containers of toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc) not sanitary, bathroom lights too dim, no pen or paper
