Lovely and quiet, I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room was large and bed comfortable with modern feel that is clean but not cold industrial. The in-room workspace had a comfortable chair, something that is often overlooked. This quite honestly the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. (other than a few hard closing room doors) I did not hear the neighboring rooms when occupied, great for light sleepers...

Cons:

Breakfast seamed to always be running low on fruit and other items. Even at 7:30 -8:30 which is right in the middle of the scheduled breakfast period.

My stay was average. I was not comfortable with the bed pillows, otherwise the room met my needs.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast. The location is great, next to a planned theater/shopping area.

Cons:

I am not a fan of digital check-in. I like to enter a lobby and be greeted. Fortunately, I met a person at the front desk who was very nice and took the time to show me parking options, etc.

When I checked out, the person at the front desk could not print a receipt. I was supprised by that. She said it was because I booked through a third party.

Pros:

I really like this hotel. I wish I had more reasons to visit Manteca! The staff are amazing! They always handle check-in quickly and professionally! We really enjoy chatting with them. Anytime we have concerns or requests, they always handle them professionally and promptly!

This is in the perfect location for us. I love that there is a movie theatre and several restaurants right behind the hotel in a cute little mall. So convenient!

Cons:

Would it be bad to say there wasn't anything we disliked?

If I had to give an answer...
This is something that specifically happened on this stay and not at the other times we stayed in this hotel. We booked a suite with a hot tub which I'm sure is used for celebrations a lot! Under the sink by the bar, the last guests left a few empty boxes of beer, and I'm sure housekeeping just forgot to take out or didn't notice. No big deal, and I probably wouldn't have found it under normal circumstances. I was looking for another trash can for something. I didn't complain during the stay because I literally found it on our last night.
