Pros:

Room was very spacious, comfortable & large bed, the staff were friendly, we really enjoyed staying there!

Cons:

Noisy, the isolation from close rooms needs an upgrade

Excellent location, staff, and facility. If in the area, would definitely choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The room was a generous size (king with sofa) with a comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities and layout were also a plus. Staff were responsive, helpful, and upbeat; appreciated this after a challenging time on the road.

Cons:

The only thing I would like to see changed is the smoke detector placement. It was located directly over the bed with the battery light shining when waking up in the night, although didn't keep me up. I haven't experienced this with a smoke detector in any other hotel before.

we had great service and will use them again
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, always addressing us whether entering or leaving. Breakfast variety each morning was great. Laundry room was clean. accessible pet area for my service dog was a plus.

Cons:

using Booking .com almost got our reservation cancelled

Fun, relaxing, and blew my expectations out if the water
Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly clean and so roomy. We didn’t feel all cramped up. Also the breakfast had so many options and everything tasted so good

Cons:

There could be a wider variety of television channels or have the apps available so the customers can log into their own shows…. Like Netflix, peacock, paramount + Hulu, and Disney

Location and size of the rooms

Cons:

Bathroom was out of conditioner. Air conditioner in the room was so loud you couldn't. Sleep and you couldn't turn it off without it getting hot. USB chargers by the bed didn't work and shower was difficult to use. Beds were on flimsy bases
