Pros:

Всё понравилось. Единственное-отель расположен вдали от достопримечательностей, но рядом станция метро. Завтраки хорошие. Прекрасный суп с вонтонами если хотите завтрак по-китайски)
Отель чистый, персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Номер прокуренный, но мы потом привыкли)

Hotel Cancelled Reservation # No Refund Received
Pros:

Hotel cancelled my reservation, not myself and refund hasn't been processed. Stayed at this hotel several times, however, it seems like guests aren't welcome at this particular venue. Unless the refund has been processed, I won't rebook my room and stay somewhere else instead. Rather disappointing!

HOTEL DE LUJO Y TRANQUILO PARA ESTAR EN SHANGHAI
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene varias actividades para hacer como el gym, piscina y turco. Les solicitamos algunas cosas especificas como que tenian para un cumpleaños y nos dieron una torta deliciosa con una tarjeta y nos cumplieron todo el tiempo. El desayuno es increible: muy variado y el sitio es muy bonito. Esta en una zona muy bonita y tranquila.

Cons:

Lo unico es que esta alejado de la parte turistica y de las estaciones de tren/aeropuerto pero tiene cerca estacion del metro y es facil coger transporte. Para ser un hotel de esta categoria falta que hablen mas ingles.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Сделали ранний check in без каких-либо проблем. Уборка, замена полотенец-каждый день. Вода питьевая -всегда в наличии. Сделали сладкий комплимент от отеля моей маме на день рождения (мы даже не упоминали про это) Было очень приятно, особенно маме;)) забота отеля в мелочах. Завтраки хорошие, отличный кофе;)

Восторг, прекрасный отель.
Pros:

Метро в 2-х шагах, маркет. Удобные номера, прекрасная мягкая кровать. В номере тихо, можно отлично выспаться. По территории ездит робот. Все достопримечательности близко.
