二樓的品尊軒粵菜餐廳太棒啦！菜色多服務好，烤乳鴿更是一絕！建議全家享用！大堂櫃檯親切而且能幫忙處理旅遊日常需求。非常方便的地理位置，讓家人無論使用地鐵甚至打車都很方便。附近也都找得到當地特色小吃。推薦大家一定要來。

The staff, room and service in general was that of a 5 star hotel. The lobby staff spoke English very well and helped us out multiple times.

Cons:

The location is a little far away, but it's right next to a metro station, which makes it very easy to get around, just a longer commute time.

Fine værelse, tæt på metro, tæt på mad-center, og ellers rigtig fine faciliteter hele vejen rundt, pool, spa etc. Morgenmaden var god, både kinesisk og europæisk. Sødt personale, og rengøring/oprydning, frisk vand/håndklæder hver dag.

Cons:

Der var meget koldt i receptionen, indgangshallen og der hvor man spiste morgenmad.

Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel, the new furnishing, cleanliness,attention and everyday support of the staff . They have a good English speaking staff which is rare in China.
Breakfast was really good, almost the same every day, but tasty and a lot of choices. The breakfast restaurant meets 5 star hotel standards.
The location was great , 2 steps away from metro line 7. Whenever I asked the stuff about the directions I got help and detailed information which was really amazing. It’s 6 km away from downtown but taxi is affordable and you can reach the turist destinations by metro.
We stayed from December 27 to January 5 ,2026 and enjoyed every day in this hotel. I surely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Shanghai.
