Very good location. Many good dining/drinking and shopping options within a 300 metre radius. Breakfast food options were limited but average for this level of accommodation in Hanoi - everything was fresh and staff were very helpful.

All the staff were accommodating and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. However, I encountered one issue with a lady at the reception who, unfortunately, did not seem fair or professional in assigning a room based on what I had paid for. Thankfully, a gentleman—whom I believe is a manager—intervened and resolved the situation promptly, ensuring I received the room I originally requested.

While I appreciate the overall service, I was disappointed with her attitude, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a front desk representative. I believe further training in customer service and hospitality management would be beneficial for her.

Aside from that incident, everything else was excellent. The room was very clean, with housekeeping attending daily. The food was exceptional, and the hotel’s location in the heart of the Old Quarter is perfect.

I would still rate the hotel 100% for its overall service and amenities. I truly enjoyed and loved my stay—except for that one unfortunate moment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A great hotel within walking distance of great food and drinking spots. Staff are super helpful and accommodating.

Service personnel excellent

部屋は結構広くて満足しました。
スタッフのサービスも良かったのですが、ただ一つの不満はバスタブにシャワーカーテンがなく、思い切ってシャワーを浴びることが出来なかったことです。

Our stay was excellent! The front counter staff was very helpful and arranged any activities we wanted to do. They even lent me their phone charger until i was able to buy one! The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods to choose from. The shower was HOT and the room was clean and beds were very comfortable! We would definately stay there again! Excellent support and service from the staff. We have a family of six (two adults and four children), and booked two rooms. The reception staff were very considerate and provided a rollaway bed (free of charge), and arranged rooms immediately adjacent to each other. Excellent location in the busy Old Quarter and also very quiet inside the hotel. The staff were also happy for us to store our luggage for two nights when we visited Ha Long Bay (before returning back to the hotel for another night).
The staff also arranged a transfer to Ha Long Bay for our family in a seven seat vehicle, and it was a much cheaper option than using Grab or a website.
I rate this hotel and the staff extremely highly.

Staff were friendly and the property was nice. Location was central to all the nice restaurants in the area, walking distance to Hoan Kiem

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful.
The area around the hotel is very busy - which is to be expected, considering the location. But the hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet.
Everything, from the spacious rooms to the delicious buffet breakfast was above expectations. However, it is the staff that makes it truly incredible.

Good sized rooms for the Old Quarter. (Most places have such small rooms.) wonderful location, reasonable prices. Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was decent, nothing great, but good variety for a small hotel.

All good except that our breakfast was not ready as promised as we left early.

This is an old hotel, the AC is very noise and control by them, if shutting off AC, they will come knocking at your door at 4am.

The hotel layout, decor and furniture are oozing with the Vietnamese charm- loved the architecture of inside of the building.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful( both night and day staff).
Pho for breakfast was an excellent idea for cultural experience. The location of the hotel was convenient.
Only thing that wasn’t excellent was that the bathtub was very old and caulking around the bathtub was crumbling - it looked not clean because it was very old, not because it wasn’t cleaned well. Overall experience was excellent.

The staff really make this place extra special. Every single one of them really takes pride in going above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience/stay. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Definitely recommend and will most definitely be back!
