It was a pleasant hotel with helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast contained a good selection of food with the staff being really helpful. One morning we accidently left the room key in our bedroom and it was no trouble for the receptionist to use a master key to retrieve it for us.

Cons:

The room safe was a little sensitive to open at times, but never failed overall.

A pleasant stay in the old town of St Malo.

It was in the old town and easy to locate.
The room was pleasant and set out well. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

I must have missed when booking that there was no kettle or sachets of tea or coffee on arrival for my standard room.

Pros:

Équipement de la chambre :ventilateur, climatisation, frigo, lit en 160... petit plateau d'infusions. et surtout, pour tous les voyageurs qui arrivent tardivement de Guernesey, super accueil du veilleur de nuit professionnel et très sympa.
Bref, on recommande (premier hôtel quand on arrive du débarcadère. )

Cons:

When we did check in at night front desk guy understood English but speak only French and wonts us to speak French too. Lol. Hi was not friendly at all.
Next day Patric was on front desk. Hi was very nice.

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti in questo hotel intramuros che si trova in posizione ottima, vicinissimo all'uscita dalle mura e ad una zona del centro lontano dall'affollamento ma ricca di bar e ristoranti (e di una panetteria aperta al mattino presto e ottima per la colazione). L'hotel è anche molto vicino alla spiaggia di Bon Secours. Abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel una sola volta ed è stata molto ricca. Avevamo prenotato garage (ottima posizione a 50 metri dall'hotel) ma poi non abbiamo usato perché era piuttosto difficile entrarci con nostra auto e appena fuori dalle mura era disponibile molto parcheggio negli orari in cui serviva a noi (ovvero dalle 18 del pomeriggio alle 10 del mattino)

Cons:

Non era presente l'aria condizionata e per fortuna nei giorni del nostro soggiorno non è stato troppo caldo e comunque uscivamo per quasi tutta la giornata.
