Pros:

Très bon emplacement, personnel aimable et courtois.

Cons:

Je ne recommande absolument pas pendant une période de canicule. Les ventilateurs ne servent à rien et font beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons passé 2 nuits blanches avec une chambre à 35 degrés.

Pros:

Kedvesen fogadtak a recepción, minden fontos tudnivalót elmondtak. Kétnaponta szobaszervíz, friss ágynemű ès törölközők, poharak. Légkondi nincs, de van egy hatalmas ventillátor. Nekünk ez bőven megfelelt. Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, 3 perc sétára van a legközelebbi part. Nizza óvárosa fél óra sétára. Szerettük!

Cons:

Egy közös hütő van a recepción, talán még 1 jól jönne az emeleten. De jó élmény volt így is!

Sorry to say, won’t stay in Hotel Danemark in high season, not good for your health. Suggest aircon
Pros:

The staff the cleanliness the location very good.

Cons:

Did not get any sleep as the room was like sleeping in a sauna, super uncomfortable. The pillows super hard as was the mattress.

Pros:

Location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach.
It is affordable considering the prices in Nice.
Room and bathroom were very clean, and includes all the necessary.
There's no breakfast and no restaurant room, but cutlery, glasses, dishes is available for everyone at the reception.
The area is very quiet, and the tables at the exterior are very nice.

Cons:

The place seem to start aging.
Maybe we were unlucky but there was no hot water during our whole stay.
The place can get very hot on summer.
Bed are not beds: they look very cheap, made of metal bars to hold the mattress, with big gaps between them.
Mattresses are not mattresses: they're very thin and you can feel the metal of the bed when resting. I suffer from back pain so I had to put clothes and towels on top of the mattress to add some thickness.
Few electric outlets, and many of them were partially broken.
TV remote didn't work.

Honestly, most of these things don't bother me very much, as I don't go to hotels to appreciate them, but just have a place to sleep and have a shower while I visit the city. I would only come again if they improve the beds a little bit, the current ones look very very cheap.

Pros:

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything we needed. For the cheaper price that what is available in the area, it was a good option for us. The staff also kindly let us leave our luggage upon check out as we had a later flight.

Cons:

It got a bit warm in the evening due to no air con so I recommend asking for a fan that they have available as this helped us manage the heat a lot.

Really lovely stay in a fabulous location
Pros:

Fabulous location - close to the beach and restaurants, lovely sunny outside area, comfortable bed, nice hot shower with good pressure, lovely big windows in the room, lovely and clean throughout.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about the property but I would have liked air con or at least a fan in the room and some additional hanging space for my clothes.
