Hotel Danemark

The bathroom was horrible, the room we had was not on the pictures of booking, neither the shared toilet which was just a WC for the whole floor. Shower was SO SMALL you can barely fit (and I’m super small). The mattress of the bed was TERRIBLE, so so bad, I couldn’t rest properly. There is no aircon and if you open the window mosquitos enter and it’s very noisy from people walking in the street just outside the window. We asked for a room change and they didn’t answer, they left us waiting the whole stay. The pillows were so thin, I asked for extra ones, the guy of reception told us he will bring to us and nothing happened for 3 nights. Last night I asked again and he said he had none before, we got them the last night (we stayed 5 nights unfortunately). There was no other budget stay as the iron man was going on and the whole city was packed. Staff was okey but could be better.

Pokój niewielki - brak jakiegokolwiek szafy, półek, hałasy nocą za oknem szczególnie z soboty na niedzielę I największy minus - brak klimatyzacji w pokoju . Lato było upalne, w łazience brak wentylacji - trzeba było się kąpać po umyciu zębów bo człowiek był po wejściu do łazienki na starcie cały „ mokry” :D

État de la chambre et hygiène : établissement vieillot et très mal entretenu. Murs dégradés avec de nombreuses traces de coulures, absence d'armoire pour ranger les affaires, et présence de moisissure dans la salle de bain.
Équipements trompeurs : la fiche descriptive mentionne un réfrigérateur, un sèche-cheveux et le matériel de repassage en chambre. En réalité, tout cela est uniquement disponible à la réception (le mini-bar étant partagé pour tout l'hôtel).
Services et accès : la réception ferme dès 20 h (impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraîche en soirée sans devoir sortir) et l'accès à l'hôtel s'est révélé plutôt compliqué

Leider keine Klimatisierung, aber das war vorab bekannt.

la salle d'eau plus que minimaliste , pas de climatisation, seul un ventilateur sur pied qui a fait un bruit horrible toute la nuit, ce qui nous a empêcher de dormir, et qui a été un vrai problème puisque nous avions fait ce choix pour être proche d'une clinique en vue d'une hospitalisation.
