Pros:

The hotel was awesome, so I definitely recommend it. The owner was super welcoming; he let us check in at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM, which we are really grateful for, even though we were prepared to chill in the courtyard until then, knowing the rules. It made an incredible impression. We were also given a better room than the one we had booked. The beach was just 3 minutes away! The promenade there is incredible, so you don't even need to worry about whether it's the city center or not, as it doesn't matter at all. The bus stop is also 3 minutes away, and you can take a bus straight to the airport from there. So everything was great, thank you from Ukraine! )

L'emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

Le problème lié au gaz. Pas d 'eau chaude pendant mon séjour des 2 jours.
J'aurais aimé un petit geste commercial car cela fait plusieurs fois que je prends cet établissement

Pros:

La gentillesse des propriétaires

Cons:

Problème de chaudière à la fin du séjour, pas d'eau chaude les 2 dernier jours. Impossible de se doucher a l'eau chaude. Autres voyageurs très bruyant. Chambre juste à côté des toilettes commun, la porte claque malgré le ferme porte intégré. Isolation phonique inexistante

Finestra praticamente inesistente visto l'affaccio su un muro. Bagno senza ventola né finestre.

Pros:

Clean. Basic but good. Quiet location excellently placed for beach, promenade and walk to downtown. Close to tram stop. Advised excellent breakfast nearby at Armand. Also allowed to do early check in and have bags looked after before leaving for airport

Cons:

A few bits of maintenance would help - eg bathroom door would not close fully - but no real issues

Acogedor, céntrico y tranquilo.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos metros de la playa y a 15 minutos del centro de Niza a pie, y además el hotel, aunque no dispone de comedor ni nada, pero sí que tiene un office donde tiene cubiertos, platos y utensilios de comedor, además de microondas en la recepción y una terraza muy acogedora para poder comer ahí si te compras algo en algún supermercado, y no se oye el bullicio de la ciudad, solo los pájaros y mucho silencio. Nos gustó mucho y seguramente repetiríamos.

Cons:

Por lo general todo estuvo perfecto, solo que se escuchaba mucho el pasillo de fuera cuando alguien subía las escaleras o abrían y cerraban puertas, pero por lo general, nada negativo a destacar.
