Sehr einfache aber sehr günstige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Man kann Frühstück für 10 Euro am Vortag buchen. Es ist nicht im Unterkunftspreis enthalten. Auch kann man einen Parkplatz am Hotel für 10 Euro bei der Buchung hinzubuchen (als individueller Text). An der Strandstrasse gab es (im März) aber genügend Parkplätze. Von abends bis zum nächsten Morgen 9 Uhr kostenlos. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, 5 Minuten zum Strand und wenige Minuten zu Restaurants und Cafes. Es ist sehr einfach aber sauber. Sehr kleines Bad. In der Dusche kann man sich kaum umdrehen. Wer das Hotel bucht, sollte sich damit arrangieren und sich nicht beklagen. Der Preis ist dafür aber sehr günstig.

Cons:

Nichts. Alles hätte natürlich größer, schöner und neuer sein können . Aber genau so habe ich es erwartet. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Basic hotel at good location in Nice.
Pros:

I like the neighbourhood: central, but quiet. And safe.
Well connected by bus or tram. Also to get to the airport.
Very close to the beach/promenade.

Cons:

Little flies in the room.

Hôtel très mal isolé, trop bruyant, les portes grincent et claquent a longueur de nuit.
Les clients et/ou personnel sont bruyants.
Toilettes SANIBROYEUR fonctionne trop mal.
Des fourmis 🐜 plein la chambre.

Für das kleine Geld in Nizza, für gewöhnlich äußerst teuer, hier so schön zentral gelegen (es ist durch die Lage in einem Hinterhof vom Trouble geschützt) und sehr Motorrad-freundlich. Ohne Problem gegen kleine Gebühr von 15€ eine geschlossene Garage bekommen. Personal war sehr gastfreundlich und die Verständigung auf Englisch problemlos. Schon im Vorfeld eine gute Kommunikation.

Cons:

Ok: das Bad mit Dusche sozusagen im Schrank und die Spülung der Toilette braucht "Abitur" aber immerhin ein eigenes Bad statt Gemeinschafts Bad auf der Etage. Nix zu meckern.
