Exceptional food . Always an amazing welcome and Sara . Her team work so well together and all runs smoothly. I’m a fish lover and if you want fresh fish this is the restaurant to visit .the Turbot best over ever eaten . Great selections of all fish plus wonderful home grown courgettes etc . You will never be disappointed z girls are terrific efficient friendly and a joy

I came on my own with my two teen girls both have autism and adhd. The hotel location is abosolutely gorgeous. The staff were wonderful nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and a lovely view !
Our room was lovely with a huge balcony and just amazing view. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet, but with good access to the ferry service.

The hotel is very Quiet in this season and highly appreciated is the Spa even not that big offer the faciities that you expect ....sauna and Jacuzzi turkish bath and relaxing area with lake view...rooms are well equipped with balcony . bathtube , safety , A/c

the Breakfast is served in scenic restaurant facing the quiet Maggiore Lake and there' s a wide selection for international guests...very good the local ham and cheese...cakes and everythings
Staff very attentive and friendly

The bathroom (I had an inland-viewing room) wasn't big enough for 2 people (I mean really small). The decor needed an upgrade 5 years ago. But worst of all (I was on a business trip) was the wi-fi bandwidth. I mean the bits dribbled across the network at a snail's pace. Hadn't experienced anything like it anywhere in the last 5 years. Staff is friendly (appears to be run by a family) and the one meal I ate there was good.

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday in beautiful part of Italy
The view from the hotel was spectacular especially while dining in the panoramic restaurant.
The food was excellent and the service provided by Sarah, Sandro and Stifano was top class.
Lisa in Reception was helpful and friendly and it all added up to a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
We will go back😎🇮🇹

シャワールームが狭く、シャワーも目詰まりしていました。その他は概ね快適でした。

Unica pecca la spa... anche se piccola mi aspettavo una piscina che magari comprendesse aree idromassaggio. La temperatura dell'acqua delle due "pozze" inadeguata.

It is quite at night.
The room and the rest of the hotel are clean.
The interior décor is outdated.
Breakfast or ala carte dinner is fine, but nothing special.
The staff is very friendly.
The internet connection was a bit slow.

Already a bit used/worn facility however there's apparent effort of owners to maintain it. Big room with terrace providing view to lake and mountains is good choice. Breakfast quite good. Sauna fine, outdoor pool acceptable. Big garden with playground useful for families.

This hotel has the potential to be super. Rooms are nice size but desperately need some tlc. Bathroom is good size also and relatively modern. Shower is in the bath which I am not great fan of. Super spa facilities just need a little improvement. Great location and view.
Service is ok.

I stayed for two nights with a friend. We’d read the reviews so knew what to expect. Yes the interior decoration in dated and a little old, but we had a very good stay.

If you are coming for the interior and design, don’t bother. If you want somewhere to rest your head at a reasonable price, come.

Our room was spacious and clean. I wouldn’t paint my own house like that but I’ll happily stay here for two days. The balcony was big with a lake view - as they all do I think. The shower was very good.

The pool area again could do with some renovation but a nice few hours spent there. Direct access to the lake, although again would benefit from some tidying up!

Breakfast was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good double sofa bed in the room.

Hardly value for money for the amenities offered.

Ein familiär geführtes Hotel mit nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage direkt am See lädt bei gutem Wetter zum Entspannen und Sonnen im schön angelegten Garten ein, zu dem ein relativ großer Pool gehört.

This Hotel is located at the best place by the lake. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. Anything you need to know, they know and tell you. The restaurant is very good. Not a bag card but what it offer is prima.

Beim Check-in wurden Fragen als lästig empfunden. Am nächsten Tag war eine andere Dame da, die sehr freundlich war.
Das Zimmer hat alles was man so braucht, allerdings sehr schmutzig.
Der Garten und der Pool ist sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da am Rand eine breite Schmutzschicht war, sowie auch der Wellnessbereich alles andere als sauber wirkte.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich.
Hervorzuheben ist der Blick zum See, einfach atemberaubend schön.

Nice small hotel directly on the lake. Great views of the lake and lovely garden with a swiming pool made our stay spacial. Staff is very friendly. Though rooms need a little bit of updayting

This hotel is very expensive related to quality and services. Rooms are pretty good but except rooms all is very old. The only reason for so high price could be lake view, not enough to justify such price. That's probably why almost all customer are reach swiss or foreign. Internet doesn't work in the rooms far from reception and in general the speed is very poor

Since we were near a relative, we only exchanged a daily ticket to the pool shore. At the reception and in the restaurant they said that we will pay the bill at the end of the day at the reception! Compared to this, after lunch, a senior manager came out personally to the pool, who said that we have to immediately pay the bill, and when she saw that we used two umbrellas instead of one, she blew our stuff and took it down in a style that other guests were completely in shocked and also me! I've been to hundreds of hotels in the world, but I've never seen such a style anywhere! Honest sympathy for the people working here to have such a boss!

The hotel is situated on the side of Lake Maggiore in its own grounds with ample parking. The rooms on the second floor all have balconies facing the lake which are both sheltered Md private.
In the grounds there is swimming pool, bar area with games and a children's play area. Access to the lake is from here.
The room was spacious if not a little tired. Could have had an overhaul during the winter to freshen it up but otherwise very comfortable.
the room had a kettle with coffee and tea making sachets but no milk (the Italians here like their coffee black).
The dining room is on the terrace and on a warm evening they lower the large glass windows to allow the breeze in. Very nice but beware we were eaten alive by mosquitos.
The menu has a good selection of dishes and specialises in local lake fish.
the wine menu is extensive but if you are partial to a graph then you will be in heaven. The choice is ,indeed boggling.
The service was excellent both at dinner and breakfast.
Breakfast was a combination of continental with bacon and eggs. More than adequate to start the day.
Access is very good for those with mobility problems with a lift to all floors.
Overall we enjoyed our two nights here and would return if we came back the region.
