Cosy, comfortable and attentive
Pros:

its a great location and the rooms are quaint and comfortable. The staff were really helpful especially for out of the way requests.

Cons:

I had such good service from 90% of the staff, it was exceptional. But the lady who served breakfast seemed irritated with something and I felt that to ask her for anything would be too much. We all get to have a bad day but we don't take it to our job if we can help it.

Pleasant and comfortable stay with a touch of old school charm.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful host Jeremy, clean place. Jeremy even arranged fresh milk for to have in the room for my tea! Thank you Jeremy. Generally a stylish comfortable place.

Cons:

Loose tiles on pool edging on the side closest to the hotel, this is a safety hazard, the admin office where guests are welcomed looks very pokey and unprofessional (compared with the rest of building), parking not well marked out in the door, loose toilet seat in room, loose basin (moves on the wall), loose toilet roll holder
