La Meridiana

Beau chalet décoré avec goût, confortable, dans lequel on se sent bien, belle vue du balcon, très bon petit déjeuner pris sur une jolie terrasse. Un établissement qui a une âme.

Sehr angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt im La Meridiana. Sehr hilfsbereiter Service mit guten Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein Garten oder eine Terasse zum Verweilen außerhalb des Hauses würde den insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck noch abruden.

Il personale molto gentile e accogliente, la colazione abbondate, varia ma soprattutto buona e pulizie ottime. Tutta la struttura cura nei minimi dettagli

The junior suit was excellent except for two major problems. The noise from the road was teribble all day between 8 am and 8pm. It was in August the weather was hot, no air condition, impossible to close windows. The owner was very nice and gave us a portable electric circulator, it was better than nothing but didn't solve the problem. There are other smaller rooms in the hotel with less noise that are not at the road side.These rooms were too smal for us. We can imagine that during winter time La Meridiana is much better.

Hotel caratteristico valdostano ben gestito da una gentilissima e disponibilissima signora del posto. Camere curate e caratteristiche, ricche di cimeli agro-montani, breakfast fornitissima di prelibatezze provenienti dalle risorse dell’hotel stesso, massima pulizia e posizione strategica.

Molto comodo per gustare la zona. Ambiente pulito e confortevole. La titolare molto cortese e disponibile e così il suo staff. Consigliatissimo

The village is very nice and has a lot of charm. The hotel is perfectly located, the greatings from the owner was sublime. The room and entire place was full of images, little decorations that gave an enourmous ammount of charm to this hotel. Brekfast was never seen before - local products only of great quality. Definetly recomend!

The area around Aosta is gorgeous. The town has great shopping and terrific restaurants. Outdoor activities abound. Our experience at La Meridiana was simply amazing. Georgette is the warmest hostess you could ever imagine at a hotel. She made our stay a true joy! The breakfast buffet was fantastic with local meats and cheeses and homemade treats. When it was time to check out-my wife, myself and Georgette in tears-my wife commented that we knew we had made a friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a marvelous stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo incantevole hotel a pochissimi km da Aosta.. Che dire, albergo curato in ogni dettaglio, personale gentilissimo (un saluto affettuoso alla proprietaria Sig.ra Paola) e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta o necessita'. Avevamo prenotato una camera comfort e siamo stati spostati in una comfort plus.. Colazione ottima per ogni palato e veramente di qualita' con prodotti km zero cucinati direttamente da loro .. Da ultimo, non possiamo non menzionare la splendida cagnolina Zoe che ha contribuito ad allietare il soggiorno gia' di per se' perfetto! Sicuramente torneremo!!

Simply Wonderful. A hotel that ranks among the best from my 30 years of European travel experience, and it does this with a deft and subtle touch.

We were there over the New Year (January 2014), for a perfect week of ideal winter weather, excellent skiing, and truly impressive hospitality on the part of Paola and her staff. Together, they run one of the most flawlessly managed small hotels I have ever experienced. The service was always timely, yet comfortable and casual. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfection itself, and the eclectic decor made you feel as if you were visiting a really quite wonderful family friend.

Paola personally arranged for our english-speaking ski instructor. This excellent young man was the perfect person to get my wife skiing for the very first time. Paola did this with grace and attention to every detail, including arranging our first meeting in her own (delightful) wine cellar/cantina.

The hotel itself is very pleasant, with an Italian Alpine Country atmosphere, though very much a charming and quite personal style. It is just off the ss26, but there is little traffic and less noise. In short, it is a pleasing and comfortable hotel that does not rely on the "showy and spectacular" to be outstanding itself.

Though Paola speaks little english, she has staff that are quite fluent and all were very patient with our rendering of Italian. "Molto Gentile", in all things.
